Very nice hotel in an excellent location in Cairns. Lots of food options very close and proximity to the night markets is nice as well. Rooms are very well maintained and in like new condition. Would stay here again next time I’m in Cairns.

Really enjoyed Crystalbrook Flynn as a comfortable place to use as a launch pad for Great Barrier reef and Daintree. Hotel was really well appointed and location was easy to enjoy the area. Morning breakfast was really well done and the rooms facing the water were worth it!

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, room good size and very comfortable. Excellent location, right on the esplanade, close to Marina, shops, restaurants etc. yet quiet, although I was on the 11th floor. Not sure what the lower levels would be like. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Everything was fabulous. The only feedback we would have is that we thought the room service plates should be covered. We were in a lift full of people and there was a plate of uncovered food in there. We had a fabulous stay, the room was amazing and staff wonderful. Would defo stay again !!
