Large well appointed apartment .

Well appointed apartment however main lounge was very uncomfortable(needs replacing) and TV was a basic model & so poor sound. Whilst excellent pool area disappointed that BBQ removed & alcohol not allowed - no longer family freindly. Approx 30 minute walk to Marina area but close to bus stop.

8 days in Cairns.

Very clean , staff were very friendly and were quick helping us. Overall pretty good except for the stairs as I use a walking stick, two levels too much. Inside theywere lovely apartments with foxtel as a bonus.

Close to Esplanade, Self Servicing Apartments

The room had everything we needed, it was large enough for a 3 weeks stay and had separate living, sleeping and bathroom areas. The apartment complex was quiet and felt secure. Ample underground parking. Neg: Wifi wasn't awesome, ours dropped in and out a lot, and cooking in the kitchen smoked a heap and caused the whole place to reek. Overall though, we found it a great place to stay and would stay again as it was close to everything we needed.

Good place to stay

The AC worked well, which is important in a tropical climate. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated but alright. There is lots to do and see in Cairns to keep you busy. I stayed 20 days.

Convenient and clean near hospital.

Relatively close to city centre and Esplanade water front. Good undercover parking. Apartment was well supplied with cooking facilities and amenities with comfortable indoor or outdoor furniture. Grounds and pool area seemed to be well maintained. Basically, clean and well serviced.

Nice apartments, near esplanade

Pleasant, large apartment, very quiet. Arrived at 10am and room was ready, which was good. Had limited reception hours which was a pain on occasion. Rooms not serviced during stay but that wasn't a problem. No lift so be careful if you have lots of heavy luggage, I was on 2nd floor.

The apartment hotel had an odd layout with room entrance looking over a courtyard above the parking garage, no elevator, bedroom at the front. Check in was a bit tedious as you stood outside a check in window. Pool was fine and there was a bbq area. Neighbourhood was just ok.

I can see where issues arise from service. I booked this an hour before takeoff and then realized the front desk has limited hours. Call ahead, and everything will be fine, but dealing with the lady at the front desk especially over the phone may be a bit challenging. Overall though, the hotel is clean, about five blocks or so from the city center. I do reccomend it as long as you call ahead if you're checking in outside of business hours.
