We loved our stay at Thistle House. The house was beautifully maintained and furnished and even detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We had rooms with a lovely view over the loch and we were also served a delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back!

Excellent hosts and guest house, recommended.

You could not meet nicer hosts than Sue and Avril, superb experience and a solid recommendation for anyone wishing to stay on Loch Fyne. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Breakfast was spot one and great produce used. Excellent experience

There was a safe place for me to keep my motorcycle out of view. upon arriving staff were immediately friendly and offered to help me with getting the bike sorted. I was even greeted by a little wild bird who popped out the bush, apparently he is fed by the staff The room was very clean and the property is in a beautiful location with views of Inverary Castle across Loch Fyne. It would be nice if there were a path down to the Loch as the waters edge was pretty much inaccessible other than that, no criticism the cooked breakfast in the morning was outstanding one of the best I've ever had

Fantastic lakeside stay

We had a really nice stay at Thistle House Guest House. We received a very warm welcome by Sue and her sister in law. The house itself is well maintained and breakfast was plenty and delicious. Can only recommend, especially if you are looking for somewhere quite with a great view.

AMAZING VIEW!!! The ladies who run the hotel are nice and accommodating. They made us breakfast early so we could make it to our ferry. The room was beautiful. We loved every aspect of our stay.

A unique historical house decorated and furnished accordingly and to a very high standard throughout. We especially appreciated on arrival being greeted personally and offered tea and cake in the very comfortable large guest lounge with a beautiful view of the loch.
