Cannot fault a single thing...the property and room itself are absolutely beautiful, gorgeous decor, surroundings and features, plus the location is excellent. Spectacular. Probably the sexiest small city hotel I’ve stayed in yet. Absolutely nailed the gorgeous design of the property and rooms to feel truly unique and special but also incredibly comfortable. A historic property superbly renovated; truly beautiful interiors and exterior. Latest technology installed in the room, excellent WiFi connectivity. Convenient location, only complaint is the traffic noise (especially the scooters!) from the busy road outside the bedroom window.

A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel! We cannot fault this hotel & the staff were just amazing! Sara & Isabella on reception could not be any more helpful. The restaurant & bar staff were all so friendly & professional. There are too many to be named but all of them were so lovely. We would recommend eating in the restaurant. We ate twice out of three nights as we enjoyed the first time so much, & very reasonably priced too. The lady who managed the restaurant when we were there Breakfast was a la carte with locally baked bread & homemade butter & the most delicious scrambled eggs & locally produced natural yoghurt. The garden area was quiet & relaxing & the small pools were great to cool down when needed. We stayed in two suites - just because of having to book an additional night due to flight change & both were spectacular. We stayed in the Corallo & the Conchiglie which were uniquely designed & we loved them both equally. Definitely recommend

There is no air conditioning ! How can you not have air conditioning in the room on a 5 star hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the owners did an amazing job with decorations and style but we slept sweating and that sucks
