The bed was comfy and clean Bathroom clean Was extremely hot in the room no air conditioning or fan. Unable to open the window due to the Noise from the bar below till very late and there were early morning revellers at the bus terminal across the road at 4am Location to the transport system was very good and easy walk into the centre

Mary's hotel is well located across the road from the train station and tram stop. The room was clean and well presented and the bed was comfortable. Mary the host, was very welcoming. We would stay here again.

Convenient location to the Caen rental car offices

If it's convenience to the train station and rental car offices you need, this could be the right place for you. It was easy to find and just a few doors down to all of the major car rental offices. It is practical and good for a one night stay. You can add a breakfast for a reasonable fee. The check-in host was fluent in both French and English.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Caen!

Stayed two nights at Hotel Mary’s. The staff were very helpful and willing to call taxis etc. Although I travelled alone I booked a double room. It was quite small for two people, but fine for me. The room had good facilities with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well on both nights. Everything was extremely clean, especially the bathroom! Fantastic shower, powerful and hot! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a reasonably priced hotel in Caen!

The location and hotel itself are great. Shower, beds and staff were good. However, my sister and I were traveling alone and there were a lot of young men hanging around surrounding businesses. They were loud and just hanging out until at least midnight or later. Felt a bit sketchy.

The room was fine, newly renovated, clean, but the rest if the place needs a good cleaning. The attendant was efficient and welcoming. The neighborhood residents hung out, talking very loud most of the night. When we finally got to sleep, we were awakened by an ambulance attending to an OD below our window. We selected this place because it appeared decent in the pictures, it was close to the car rental and we had an early morning train. Given the ease of the public transportation, my suggestion is to look elsewhere.

Le quartier n'est pas très avenant, ce n'est pas facile de trouver une place de stationnement avant l'arrivée du dernier train (vers 22h) mais en revanche très bon séjour avec un accueil sympathique, chambre fonctionnelle, literie très confortable, isolation phonique sur rue parfaite

Litt små rom, men greit til denne prisen. Brukte dette hotellet til å reise rundt i Normandie. Helt perfekt til det formålet, siden hotellet ligger rett ved togstasjonen. Ikke langt fra midten av sentrum heller, gangavstand til gode restauranter.

Très déçu par cet hôtel

Un hôtel très très basique... Pas de réception, personne à l'entrée... même au petit déjeuner il n'y avait aucun service! Par ailleurs, les chambres sont mal isolées et l'on entend les bruits des autres chambres ! Pour le prix que j'ai payé je m'attendait à mieux... Très déçu par ce séjour, j'ai même quitté l'Hôtel une nuit en avance et perdu ce que j'avais déjà réglé ! 😠😡

inadmissible .

Absolument inadmissible . Depuis plusieurs semaines , il y a un individu à la réception de l'hôtel , qui ne parle pas le français , qui ne s'occupe absolument pas du service ( que l'on est en attente de recevoir au vu du prix de la chambre ) , pas de petit déjeuné , réception fermée à 20 h . personne ( même après plusieurs coup de sonnette ) le matin ( sauf quand cette personne se déplace en pyjama ) . Pour ma part je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel , pourtant cela fait 3 ans que j'y réside lors de mes fréquents passages à Caen . désolé .
