Very nice room with good clean facilities. Staff on reception very good and helpful. Parking expensive but made it easier. Position of hotel in town but plenty of restaurants and easy walk to beach. Also resonably close to stop 12 or 12a of the red city hop on bus.

This was what I was hoping for when booked. It was relatively easy to walk to the historic center. The beach was very close and there were tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and the room perfect for our needs. The final touch was the complimentary bottle of cava!

Great staff, front desk as friendly and helpful as possible. Housekeeping superb. Nice facility close to dining, necessities and beach. Only ten minute bus ride from the heart of old Cadiz. My room was not as sound proof as I would have liked.

Friendly, warm, staff that remained so for our 9 day stay!! Highly recommend this hotel, the lovely balcony, excellent cleaning staff and front desk staff.

Stayed here before as its a good location. Parking reduced and 50m walk, 50m to a wonderful beach n promenade and 50m for a regular reliable bus to the old town. Spacious room. Lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast.

Very nice and clean

Just a 1 night stay but very nice, got a bottle of sparkling wine in my room, concierge was very friendly and loan me a charge for my phone. One bad thing rooms don't have USB charger so you need a local plug in to charge electronics. No parking, park in the garage about a block away or like I did street park but get early of you'll get a ticket.

Helpful front desk for recommendations and general service. Parking is challenging due to the location. Just park in front of the hotel in the loading zone, check in and receive a referral to an underground lot 60 meters down the street for 10 euros per night. Wifi is typical hotel “mediocre”, but it’s free and works. Location is great as it’s 2 minutes walk to a fantastic beach and about 30 minutes walk to Old Town (which is really great). Recommended!

Llegamos el día 20 a las 15:20. El check-in era a partir de las 14:00. Lo sorprendente fue que el recepcionista llamó y preguntó si la habitación estaba lista. Es decir, si el check-in era a partir de las 14:00. Entonces, de repente, cambió el idioma a inglés. Cuando dijimos que hablaríamos español, rápidamente explicó por qué nos daban esa habitación. Reservé una habitación para dos personas. Nos dieron una para tres. La habitación es vieja, pero por lo tanto más barata, 115 por noche. Pero la ventana está rota, sucia, el ruido de la calle es terrible. La secadora de ropa está rota. La tapa del inodoro se tambaleaba, porque todos se sientan de lado por falta de espacio. La habitación es apropiada para 227. La puerta del baño es de cristal, sin privacidad. El televisor está colgado en una posición incómoda. Pero la principal razón de la mala reseña es la limpieza. No solo eso, nadie limpia allí, porque después de la supuesta limpieza, hay pies sucios y arena en la cama. Quiero destacar quién limpió la habitación el día 20. Nos prepararon una ropa de cama con mal olor. Pero lo más importante, estaba planchada. Durante dos días no entendí a qué se debía ese olor. El olor de una colcha podrida que se metió en la lavadora, luego sacaron la sucia, la plancharon y nos prepararon una cama. ¡Qué pesadilla!

Una bellissima vacanza

L'albergo è pulito, comodissimo per la spiaggia e ben servito per gli autobus per il centro. Camera silenziosa, ideale per il riposo, letto con materasso con ottimo sostegno e sufficientemente morbido. Il personale cordiale e amichevole è soprattutto efficiente. Il bagno ha gli spazi ben organizzati, con bidè, però la porta scorrevole doppia non si chiudeva perfettamente. Questo potrebbe essere migliorato. Nel complesso una bellissima vacanza anche grazie a questo ottimo albergo.
