Great location. Our room on the 9th floor had the most amazing sea front view. Good size room, though had the bathroom double sinks in the bedroom which we haven’t seen in a long time but that did not bother us.

I had a wonderful stay for my birthday. The spa and the hydrothermal circuit were lovely and very relaxing, and all of the spa staff were so kind. The hotel was quiet, the views were unbeatable, and the poolside service was a lovely bonus. The only downside was the pool outside my room was a little chilly.

We loved the location of this hotel on the beach. The pool and bar was great (although it closed at 7:30) lots of close-by restaurants, and the rooftop bar was cool. Drinks were expensive though. We had an emergency situation with our rental car and the front desk/concierge wouldn’t let us use their phone to call roadside assistance. The room wasn’t clean - there was an unknown brown substance on the headboard that we cleaned off.

We got an ocean view room and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful and we had the most relaxing time. We enjoyed walking to the town but also used the bus which was easy and the cab only cost €5. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with limited options but all done well. I loved my stay here and I will be back if I'm lucky enough to visit Cadiz again.

The view from the room (on ocean side) was fabulous. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed, wonderful shower and nice sitting area. We found places for two suitcases but this could be improved by providing 1-2 foldable luggage racks. The pool was long and narrow and would have been good for swimming but there were many people just lounging in it. The ocean, on the other hand, is great for a dip, swimming and long walks on the beach. The hotel location was excellent. I would rate the hotel higher if they made small improvements - had good coffee in the room (not just instant), the aircon could be set lower than 20 celsius, provided luggage racks, had softer pillows, gave a discount for parking - even 25%- for hotel guests and let the pool stay open longer than 10:00-20:30, perhaps with a designated hour for circle lap swimming.

Generally a nice stay, room was modern and clean, breakfast was great. Good bus links into Cadiz. We’ve marked it down because the outdoor pool & rooftop bar weren’t open during our stay in late March. We felt that this could have been made clear at the point of booking and unfortunately the pool opened on the day we left. When asked prior to arrival if the pool could be opened any earlier, this could not be accommodated.

A beautiful hotel with easy underground parking. We chose a room with an ocean view and it was a real treat. Our room was gorgeous - spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony a nice way to take in the view. Exploring Historic Cadiz was easy on the public bus at the stop just around the corner and Bus 7 returned us close by after a really nice trip along the beachfront ( about 5 Euro return). Breakfast was excellent and it was nice to look out over the beach.
