What a wonderful hotel, beautiful room with large balcony and what a view. Everything is very clean, great shower and great staff. The restaurant for the evening meal was really really good! We even saw the eclipse from our balcony. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the views from the holiday of lake Lugano very pretty. The food was very good and our room was clean and comfortable We arrived just before the start of the season so the pool was not open. The road up to the hotel is challenging as very steep

Absolutely fabulous stay! The service people were gorgeous, so cherishing, lovely and always ready to help! The food from the restaurant was hilarious, one of the best Italian kitchen ever tried! Fantastic romantic view! Everything was just magically perfect! Highly recommended!

But of a trek to get to, but worth it! Plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly and helpful! There is a restaurant on the property (one of the only ones nearby) that is excellent and the staff will make reservations for your party in advance. The rooftop terrace has a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding city, and the provided breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through Italy! The amenities are basic and be careful about opening the windows at night (there is no screen and the mosquitoes can be bad) but the bed was comfortable and the area is very quiet at night! Overall lovely experience and would definitely stay again!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick war traumhaft, der Empfang war herzlich. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Der Weg zum Hotel war abenteuerlich. Die Zimmer waren okay, kein großer Komfort, zweckmäßig aber mit unfassbar schönem Ausblick. Leider waren auf unserer Bettdecke und den Dekokissen alte Flecken.

Das Hotel war super. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Aussicht in der ganzen Anlage war atemberaubend! Den Pool fanden wir auch sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Denisa was a wonderful receptionist, so helpful and caring. Hotel is clean, only thing we did not like at the restaurant was for dinner we were served meatballs which we did not ask for and we really couldn't eat since my daughter does not eat meat, but we still got charged for it. Just check your receipt, other than that it is an awesome place to stay.

Room with a view - what a view

Second time at this hotel and we are going to come back again. Friendly staff, perfect location and a great restaurant. From the balcony and the restaurant you have an amazing view on the lake and the mountains.

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant war ganz gut. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, leider aber auch ein paar wenige Ameisen. Das Hotel steht oben auf einem Berg, den man nur mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Man kann aber auch ca. 40 min hochlaufen. Der Pool ist sehr klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Das Hotel ist auch sehr hellhörig. Ab 20 uhr sitzt niemand mehr an der Rezeption. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es einige.
