“The staff, especially Reception and a young blonde-haired lady who had only been there about 3 weeks were exceptional. Having the bar & the restaurant on the top floor is a bit odd, but it is comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very poor as was the quality of the wine. The gentleman acting as Maitre was brusque, untidy and unwelcoming. We booked our table for 7 and were prompt. But he wanted us to have courses in rapid succession. Had a loose toilet seat in my bathroom and the bath was slightly discoloured? Air con was good. Light connected to the bed was a weird shade. Bed was comfy. Would use again for the convenience.”
