This is a clean, comfortable place to stay and very close to the old town where you can explore the historic sites. They stored my luggage for me also which was very helpful.

Great location for access to downtown. The street is old-school residential style, within reasonable walking distance to the main attractions and many kinds of eateries. There is noise on the street, but that comes with the territory. The management was extremely nice and responsive, which made me feel even more at ease. If there is one not-so-nice thing I could say is that I should have paid better attention at the description of my room, but it was more my fault than theirs. At the end it didn't have a private bathroom like I thought I'd have, but a shared one instead - and it smelled like it had no ventilation whatsoever. I'd stay there again, just getting a better room.

La pensión es muy bella, esta muy bien ubicada. Y en todo momento nos recibieron con amabilidad, gracias por excelente servicio y por una extraordinaria atención. Puedo decir que recomiendo ampliamente la pensión Doña Norma, espero en mi próximo viaje estar más tiempo en el lugar

Excelente opción en el centro de Cáceres

Me alojé aquí con un grupo de amigos durante el fin de semana, ya que asistíamos a una boda en Cáceres. Reservamos 5 habitaciones y la experiencia fue excelente. Juncal organizó de forma impecable nuestro check-in autónomo, ya que llegamos a distintas horas el viernes por la tarde. La comunicación con ella fue siempre rápida, amable y de gran ayuda. Además, tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos salir el domingo un poco más tarde de lo estipulado. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y la ubicación del hostal es inmejorable: a pocos pasos de la Plaza Mayor y del Parking Obispo Galarza. Sin duda, esperamos volver pronto.

Nuestra estancia en la pensión Doña Norma ha sido maravillosa. La atención proporcionada por la chica que lo lleva ha sido excepcional de principio a fin, super atenta, cercana y muy pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto. Las habitaciones muy bien, decoradas con mucho gusto, con aparato de aire acondicionado/calefacción y muy limpias. El alojamiento se encuentra a 5 minutos andando al centro, super bien situado. Sin duda, si volvemos a Cáceres volveremos a alojarnos aquí. 100% recomendable.

La habitación era muy estrecha, húmeda y los colchones excesivamente blandos. No es válida para personas con necesidades especiales ( muletas, silla de ruedas). Las paredes no están insonorizadas, lo que se traduce en que se oye absolutamente todo lo que hagan los inquilinos de al lado y de arriba. Y por todo ello excesivamente cara.

Hotel correcto para visitar Cáceres, está situado en el centro, fácil de llevar y en la calle encuentras aparcamiento fácilmente. La habitación tiene algo de falta de mantenimiento con alguna humedad en las paredes y suelo muy frío.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido buenísima, desde el principio el trato es cordial y muy agradable. Están muy pendientes de que todo esté a tu gusto. El alojamiento está limpio y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Las camas son cómodas y se duerme muy bien. El único motivo por el que no lo recomendaría es porque si se hace muy popular me puedo quedar sin habitación la próxima vez, estoy segura que volveremos!!

Buena ubicación

El alojamiento para el precio que tiene , está bien . Cerca del centro . Si tienes suerte puedes aparcar en la misma calle del alojamiento. Nuestra habitación tenía cuarto de baño y de tamaño estaba bien . Lo único que cambiaria es que en los hoteles ya se deberían abstener de poner mantas de las antiguas . Es mucho más higiénico un nórdico con una funda nórdica.
