The staff at this Parador were wonderful. The rooms were large, quiet and clean. Food in the restaurant was good. Overall, a great experience, including the opportunity to walk from the hotel and see the historic city.

Comfy spot in the old town

I really liked the Parador. Staff were excellent when we arrived, the room was cosy, with excellent air conditioning, and the breakfast was amazing. Caution if arriving by car, the old town streets, especially as you exit the Parador, are really tricky, especially if you have a larger vehicle

A bit hard to get to with the narrow & 1-way streets but once you arrive, simply an amazing property ... the room we had was literally one of the best hotel rooms we've ever stayed in.

The palace is in good condition and the staff is very good. It was expensive compared with other hotels and in the room not have coffee or tea or water. However the hotel was beautiful and the restaurant food was very good.

We love this Parador, although the terrace they were remodeling the terrace and it was sad to know that we couldn’t enjoy one of the best things of the Parador. But the restaurant was good and the service was great

Parking is off site, so be prepared to lug your suitcases for a bit of a walk. The hotel, however, is amazingly nice. The rooms are slightly above average, but the building itself is a 14th century masterpiece. Breakfast is decent. The little lounge cafe is great to have for an afternoon tea or evening cocktail. The annual medieval festival was underway during our stay. I woke up to parishioners singing at 6am mass. It was a very memorable experience

Property is absolutely beautiful. Also centrically located. Staff was extremely helpful, given our late arrival. Cáceres is Not to be missed. Breakfast buffet was good but eggs were not offered until we asked, it would have been helpful to know we could order them.
