First off, great service. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel smelled great and our rooms were quite nice and comfortable. The pool was also pretty okay. I did not go to the bar or breakfast so I can't necessarily comment on that. The only downsides were that plastic cups weren't replaced on a daily basis and the air conditioning for the second room was not maintained prior to my stay. The engineer that helped us opened up the ac filter, only to find that it was frozen over. However, customer service regarding that was very kind and understanding. I definitely enjoyed my stay there and would probably come back in the future.

Maybe the nicest we've tried in Huntington, but you do pay for it. Would like to see some discounts for frequent customers. Also, we did ask for a bath matt and bath soap. The shower tub is very very slippery and the bath soap was empty. They brought a small facial soap bar and a rug to put outside of the tub. So we just had to be very careful in the very slippery tub and use face soap for our showers. Otherwise, very clean hotel, very friendly staff, and overall a nice place to stay.

I arrived early and was notified that I’d get a text when my room was ready, I never got the text. I had booked a king size room and got two queens instead. Also, when I asked a staff member regarding check out, the staff member behind the counter was a bit rude on answering my question, it almost made me feel like I was bothering him to even ask. One thing that unfortunately happened was that the tub would get clogged when I showered. Otherwise, everything else was awesome! Thank you.

Check-in was pretty quick. The room was very clean. We enjoyed having a larger-than-normal fridge. The self-serve snack room was nice until I wanted a frozen burrito late at night after being at Disney all day, only to find out that the only microwave is in the laundry room, which closes at 10pm. I went to bed hangry! Location was great for walking to Disney. We enjoyed walking through the shops next door & enjoyed a great breakfast at Huckleberries. I would stay here again.

Traveled with a family of 6. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was really friendly. Wish they had a shuttle to Disneyland. The breakfast was your traditional continental breakfast. Checked in/out without any issues.
