A manutenção deixa um pouco a desejar,mas os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. O restaurante e a comida é excelente. Manutenção para melhor servir!

O hotel está muito abandonado em algumas áreas, só há um banheiro na piscina coberta e estava muito sujo, o chão das piscinas pareciam que não tinha passado uma vassoura a meses! Porem o chef do café da manhã Colombo é maravilhoso assim como o barman Rafael! Na recepção tudo tranquilo! No quarto não funcionou o ar condicionado!

A estadia em si foi boa tirei um a dias para meu filho aproveitar as férias ele gostou muito da parte da recreação pessoal da recreação nota 10, funcionários educados e esforçados, café da manhã muito bom almoço e o jantar tb pessoal da cozinha nota 10 tb, o hotel tem estrutura, mais tem muita coisa que precisa ser reformada, muitos ambientes que tem mais sem uso e meios abandonados, a limpeza só precisa se organizar pois tive que pedir arrumação no quarto pois não passaram para arrumar nos dias que fiquei,a piscina percebi tb que precisava de limpeza especialmente a aquecida, fora isso os dias foram agradáveis e meu filho se divertiu muito isso foi bom.

O lugar onde o hotel está inserido é lindo, cercado de muito verde. Tivemos problemas desde a nossa entrada no hotel. A maçaneta de acesso ao quarto estava com problemas e nada funcionava corretamente. Entramos em contato com a recepção que disse que ia acionar a manutenção. O tempo foi passando e ninguém apareceu. Entramos em contato novamente com a recepção e algum tempo depois apareceu a manutenção. Disseram que era problema com a pilha da maçaneta e foram embora. Não resolveram nada. Algum tempo depois recebi uma solicitação da Hotels.com sobre a minha estadia. Nesse momento informei o que estava acontecendo com relação a maçaneta. Pouco tempo depois a recepção entra em contato comigo oferecendo outro quarto para acomodação, porém já era tarde da noite. Fizemos a mudança de quarto no dia seguinte.

Pessoal todos educados e muito prestativos. Excelente atendimento. Apenas precisa ser informado que há dois caminhos para chegar, não precisa passar pela Serra , pois tem muitas curvas ( Romeiros ) .

Precisa de reformas, mas a recreação foi excelente

O atendimento e o pessoal da recreação são excelentes, fomos muito bem recebidos e tinha muitas atividades legais pra fazer, nos divertimos bastante, foi o que fez eu aumentar a nota da avaliação, por que mesmo com chuva, tinha muuita coisa pra fazer nas áreas comuns. Sobre os quartos: Eu acho que eles precisam muito reformar os quartos, são antigos, no meu não tinha cofre e frigobar, o teto do banheiro era estranho, era de um material transparente dava pra ver os fios e a sujeira, o WiFi não funcionava no quarto e nao tinha sinal de celular, a TV nao tinha controle, entao ficava ruim pra assistir algo. Sobre a comida: Eu achei bem gostosa, só que por ser feriado, o hotel estava bem cheio, então as vezes acabava algum item do cardápio rapido e ficou um pouco bagunçado.
