Catalina is great hotel

It’s a nice and quiet hotel, you are able to relax, Thomas the owner is an amazing person and the staff provides amazing service. The food is Thai inspired and I give it 4.5 stars out of 5 and then there is Patricia the masseuse she is amazing spent 7 days @ Catalina and had a massage every other day.

Me encantó la estancia en Catalina Tropical Lodge. Desde que llegamos se notó la atención al detalle y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche y el guardia ya nos estaba esperando con la llave lista; incluso nos acompañó a la habitación y nos mostró un poco de las instalaciones. Algo que me gustó mucho fue la vista por la mañana, ya que por la altura en la que se encuentra el hotel se logra ver el mar entre la vegetación. También me encantó el jabón de manos de lavanda y vainilla. La propiedad en general tiene jardines muy bonitos y bien cuidados. Se nota el amor y el cuidado que le ponen las personas que trabajan ahí. El restaurante fue espectacular, al igual que su staff. Toda la comida que probamos no solo era bonita estéticamente, sino que también tenía muy buen sabor. Además, viajé con mi mamá por su cumpleaños y el personal me ayudó a colocar globos y a ponerle velitas a sus pancakes durante el desayuno, un detalle que apreciamos mucho. Mi mamá quedó encantada con el desayuno y con todas las plantas de la propiedad.Durante nuestra estancia éramos los únicos huéspedes esa mañana porque había bajado un poco la temporada, así que disfrutamos de un ambiente muy tranquilo. Las reservas por Expedia no incluyen desayuno, pero créanme cuando les digo que vale cada centavo. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación con la que preparan y presentan cada plato. En general, es un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y acogedor. Sin duda volvería muchas veces más.
