The location was excellent, close to the town, beaches and also D-Day sites. Checking in to the apartment was OK and the accommodation was fine, however the bathroom design was poor, it was very difficult for anyone over 170cm to use the shower as it was in the eves. The toilet was downstairs but did not have a basin to wash hands. It would have been a better design to have a wet room where the toilet was and put the toilet in the bathroom. Other than that was fine, and we would be happy to return

personnel trĂšs sympa et arrangeant, appartement rdc super, mobilier vieillissant mais rien qui nous empĂȘche de passer un bon sĂ©jour, le wifi par contre est vraiment a revoir car trĂšs souvent pas de connexion, piscine nickel surtout avec la canicule, j'y retournerai sans probleme

Belle résidence bien située à Cabourg pas loin de la plage et du centre ville. Quartier calme. Logement spacieux, clair et bien chauffé (il faisait froid dehors autour de 0). Literie de la chambre confortable. Cuisine et séjour spacieux.

Rigtig fin til prisen. God wifi. Rigtigt god beliggenhed. Venlig personale, som kan engelsk. Man kunne Ăžnske lidt lĂŠngere Ă„bningstider i receptionen. Stedet er lidt slidt sine steder, men det er til at leve med.

Var ett helt OK boende dock vÀldigt struligt att fÄ ut nyckeln. Vi ankom nÄgon timme efter att receptionen/kontoret var öppet dock försökte vi vid flera tillfÀllen ringa för att frÄga hur vi fick nyckeln dock inget svar. NÀr vi kom fram hittade vi ett journummer att ringa det löste sig men det kan skötas bÀttre.

A Ă©viter il y a beaucoup mieux sur Cabourg

Jamais vu une rĂ©sidence aussi sale , zĂ©ro mĂ©nage poussiĂšre dans les coins dans la vmc, lĂ  hĂŽte aspirante n’a jamais vu le moindre produit d’entretien . Les murs sont sales et abĂźmĂ© . Prise de courant placĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plaque chauffante , quand on fait bouillir l’eau c’est trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ© ! Je pense que le PDG du groupe Odalys devrait faire un tour dans cette rĂ©sidence, il serait Ă©tonnĂ© des prestations ! (Enfin j’espĂšre qu’il n’est pas au courant ) Sinon bien situĂ© et piscine agrĂ©able. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans un Ă©tablissement Odalys

bien situé et bien équipé

résidence bien située à 5 mn de tout (plage, centre ville). Appt au 1er étage, avec deux chambres et dans un angle, donc lumineux. bien équipé (lave vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetiÚre, grille pain et micro ondes), literie confortable, linge de lit et de toilette fournis. Un emplacement parfait pour tout faire à pieds, et parking dans la résidence. bref une bonne surprise

Great place with limited serivces

Really nice and big apartments, our kids loved the warm and frss pool.. Limited opening hours for the recepton made it difficult to use the 24 hour auto laundry service.

Bij de receptie spraken ze redelijk Engels en er was genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Alleen jammer dat je 20 euro moet betalen voor wifi, terwijl dat niet of nauwelijks werkt. En de bedden zijn klein.

a notre arrivĂ©s 18 h personne a l’accueil, l'heure d'arrivĂ©e Ă©tait jusqu’à 20 h, Nous avons pu trouvĂ©s nos clĂ©s dans une boite au lettre. Le logement est correct. Notre logement Ă©tait prĂ©vu avec personne en fauteuil celui ci pouvez rentrer dans toute les piĂšces. Par contre au niveau de la douche il manque un siĂšge afin de pouvoir asseoir la personne en fauteuil. et les toilettes ne sont pas tout a fait adaptĂ©. Mais nous avons quand mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour

Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix, les employĂ©s sont serviables et accueillants. Localisation idĂ©ale Ă  10min Ă  pieds de la plage et du centre. Logement bien agencĂ© et sympathique, les draps et serviettes sont comprises. Attention le kit de douche n’est pas prĂ©vu (gel douche). Bon sĂ©jour dans l’ensemble.

Pas de respect et de professionalime d'hĂŽtels.com

trÚs mécontents de vos services. La réservation initiale a été annulée deux jours avant par vous , sans aucune explication. L'hÎtel nous a de son cÎté dit qu'il disposait de chambres vacantes ! Notre destination finale nous a été confirmée l'aprÚs midi de notre arrivée et le niveau de prestations n'était pas équivalent ( WI fi payante, appartement au rez de chaussée , bruyant...) Nous vous demandons de revoir sensiblement votre proposition de remboursement et devrons à défaut envisager d'autres modes de réparations.

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche. le site hotel.com ne mentionnait pas que le dimanche l'accueil est fermé. on nous avait dit que l'on pouvait arriver entre 17h et 20 h. heureusement qu'il nous restait un peu de batterie pour téléphoner au numéro d'urgence les, clés nous attendaient dans un coffre à l'entrée de l'accueil A part ce désagrément nous avons passé un bon séjour.

L'appartement était tout à fait correct. EN revanche, aucun interlocuteur, personne à la réception. Il nous manquait une paire de draps; nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls. Il y avait 2 cartes magnétiques pour regarder la tv, ce qui en soi n'est pas commercial. TrÚs vite , elle ne fonctionnait plus. Bref,nous sommes déçus.
