Very easy to access property and walking distance from everything in downtown. Staff was nice and friendly and there was always someone around. Room was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great locations - close to downtown and very walkable to all the local shops and restaurants. Staff was very responsive and helpful with setting up transportations for us and our requests. The room was clean and contains all that was needed for us. It even has a full size refrigerator and all the necessary supplies in the small kitchen if we choose to cook. The place includes a balcony with a great view out to the ocean and great view of the city. The place also has a roof top pool that we can hang out when it is hot. We will definitely stay here again!

I parked the rental car in the under the building parking garage and left it there for the duration of my 5 day stay, using it for travel to and from the airport as that was cheaper than a shuttle or even more so than a taxi. It was so easy to walk to many restaurants and stores. The large Marina is a joy to walk and a short less than 10 minute walk to get to. Walk the Marina to get to Medano Beach which is the best swimming beach in thr area! The building is a couple years old and run by the architects who built and own it. There is a good view toward the marina particularly the upper floors or rooftop pool. I will go again.

Sin duda, es un bonito hotel. Me gustaron mucho sus instalaciones, ya que se encuentran bien cuidadas, limpias y ofrecen un ambiente muy agradable para descansar. Además, la atención del personal fue excelente; siempre fueron amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.
