Some of the employees at the little coffee spot on the 2nd floor suggested in the welcome package, were extremely rude. It should be addressed as it reflects on other hotel employees who are extremely helpful.

This hotel was in an excellent location for our stay and generally was well looked after. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was adequate The pool was a little warm for swimming and we had a problem with the shower head but nothing that spoilt our stay.

Hotel not ready for use at 3pm check-in. Other than that suite was great, good beds, shower. Breakfast variety good with eqqs sausage, potato's, waffles, cereals, etc. parking fine. Safe location
