“El desayuno estaba muy bien.”

“Staying at Chateau Zbiroh was a wonderful and unique experience! Even the standard room was quite spacious, so there was no feeling of being cramped. Staying in a real castle is a special experience in itself, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend joining the castle tour, as it gives you a much better understanding of the hotel’s fascinating history and makes your stay even more meaningful. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food...

“Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Most amazing stay in a small Czech village beside a small lake. The check-in process was in-person in the restaurant downstairs, so don't be scared by the digital check-in.”

I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...
