The place smell very bad. It supposes to be none smoking, but people smoke in their rooms and you can smell it from your room. You can smell the cigarrette from “clean” bathroom towers.

Ganz schrecklich war die Eingangstüre ist zugefallen mit einem sehr lauten Knall. Die Zimmer Türe lies sich sehr schwer öffnen braucht mehrere Versuche. Die Parkgebühr wurde verlangt obwohl wir schon mehrmals im gleichen Hotel waren und diese nie erhoben wurden. Daher möchte ich meine bezahlt Parkgebühr zurück.

In Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten bald renoviert werden. Der Boden im Zimmer und Bad war nicht sauber, der Rest aber schon.

Ein Highlight: die im Hotel gebackenen Brote. Ein Minus: Im Speisesaal die Wassertemperatur im Wasserkessel immer auf 60 - 65 Grad C eingestellt. Auch die Temp. im Würstchen- u. Rühreierbehälter könnte viel höher sein. Eine Anfrage an der Rezeption hat keine Besserung gebracht. Das Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet, umgeben von Wohnhäusern und ein paar wenigen Geschäften. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, allerdings fällt das bei kürzeren Aufenthalten sicher nicht ins Gewicht, zumal es doch recht üppig ausfällt und für jeden etwas dabei ist. Ich hätte mir jedoch frische Brötchen vom Bäcker statt Aufbackbrötchen gewünscht. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist der, dass man bei Regen keinen guten Schutz beim Rauchen hat. Hier hätte ich mir ein größeres Vordach gewünscht. Ansonsten war das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich, das Hotel war sehr sauber und es hat immer gut gerochen. Es wurde mir mit Buchungen und Restaurantempfehlungen geholfen. Die jungen Damen und Herren vom Empfang waren alle super nett und höflich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Zimmerpersonal und die Dame vom Frühstück waren sehr nett. Hier sei besonders die Dame vom Housekeeping erwähnt, die mir die frischen Handtücher gegeben hat, da sie mich mit ihrer Geduld und Freundlichkeit so beeindruckt hat, dass ich mich noch immer sehr über diese Begegnung freue. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sprachen ausnahmslos alle das sauberste Englisch, das man sich nur vorstellen kann. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und gefreut hat es mich ebenfalls, da mich alle problemlos verstanden haben. Was mir wirklich Mühe bereitet hat, war das dünne Toilettenpapier. Hier sehe ich wirklich Optimierungsbedarf mit wenig Aufwand. Ich empfehle das Hotel jedem vorbehaltlos weiter.
