An open disposable cup on top of a wrapped one that appears to have been used. Paint dripping down tile. Mirror was too big for its frame and stuck out either side by a few inches. “First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t”
