We spent 4 nights our room was not serviced once, had to ask for clean towels, ended up getting them ourselves, bad luck if you get back late have to park you car on the main road

Older style, good staff.

Older style with many unused areas when quiet such as restaurant. Nice to open the windows although light on all night outside is annoying, should go off at some point or be on motion sensor. Big room with large desk area private bath room with good shower. Vending machines well stocked with affordable prices.

Although considered 3 star, still wasn’t worth the money. Rooms are so outdated! No hot water for 2 days, Booled 2 family rooms, had to relocate due to broken water pipe. Instead if family room was put into room with 2 single beds. Was not offered discount. No parking! Bus on site that completely takes up one side of the car park! Obvious majority of the rooms are taken by permanent rentals & road workers. Rooms smelt of really cheap cleaning products, smell was over bearing! Only positive thing about this motel was the lovely young fella by the name of Mitch that works there!no on site staff!! If Ballina wasn’t so booked out would of been happy to loose the money and find something else!!Long 3 days, glad to check out!

The photos on the internet were alot different to the motel ... my bathroom was disgusting and had mould and the bus was taking up my park and the other people in motel were very loud room 19 and 21 or 22 horrible

We were travelling to Ballina from Sydney- due to traffic and road works we rang to advise we would not arrive until 6.30pm - our reservation was not able to be found and we were told the key would be under the room doormat - the staff member was abrupt and we feel did not provide customer service required

good cheap practical, friendly

Great motel experience, a few smokers hanging about outside detracted from it for me as the smoke irritates my sinuses. maybe put the smokers one side and non smokers another? anyway, great little room, everything I needed
