Sempre adorei esse hotel, mas da última vez que fui eu esqueci a toalha na parte da piscina, e na hora do check out fui acusada de roubo, mesmo eu tendo foto e provas que na vrdd a toalha havia ficado na piscina. Os próprios funcionários do hotel pegaram a toalha, pois o meu cartão estava com eles. Enfim, situação bem chata !

O hotel é grande,com lindos jardins e a interessante ideia do bondinho que para em cada andar .O hotel é construído em uma encosta íngreme então tem as escadas e a facilidade do bondinho que para em cada nível.É rápido e divertido.Manutenção do hotel é muito boa ,funcionários solícitos,educados.Cafe da manhã muito bom.Piscina aquecida ,serviço ótimo com bar e petiscos .Toalhas de praia além de cadeiras e guarda-sol em um esquema muito bom para o hóspede.Quarto ótimo (fiquei no 514).Quarto com cama king ,tv,cofre ,frigobar,ar condicionado,closet com pia e espelho grandes.Alem de um ótimo chuveiro e sanitário.Tem shampoo ,sabonete líquido e condicionador no box do banheiro Varanda grande com mesa e cadeiras e vista da praia dr João Fernandes.A limpeza é muito bem feita e a roupa de cama e banho brancas tem qualidade.Recepção muito educada e atenciosa.Facilidade de acesso as praia de J.Fernandes,Azeda,Azedinha,Ossos,Orla Bardot.Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha temporada no Rio Búzios Hotel.

Sem sombra de dúvidas uma ótima escolha que fizemos. O hotel é muito bem localizado e conta com ótima estrutura. Ficamos exatamente no quarto que queríamos com uma vista deslumbrante (quarto 520). Embora seja vista para o jardim, sem dúvidas é a melhor vista, dando inclusive para ver o mar. O café da manhã é muito bem servido com bastante opções. Qualidade do quarto muito boa também e com ótimo espaço. A piscina ótima, academia bem equipada e opções para crianças na sala de jogos. O Wi-Fi poderia melhorar. Acredito pelo quarto ser o mais isolado. Um repetidor de sinal resolve fácil. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela Stephannie. Fez toda diferença na nossa estadia. Com certeza voltaremos nas próximas férias.
