We had an amazing stay here, just far enough away from the tourist bustle of Buzios without feeling disconnected. The hotel staff really made our stay amazing, going above and beyond to help us with a small medical emergency. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough.

Wonderful 18 room hotel! Beautifully property and grounds facing beautiful beach. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. Great restaurant/ breakfast, bar. We enjoy playing table pool and cards in a pretty part of hotel dedicated for it. Pool area and grounds were well kept and groomed surrounded by variety of sitting/ lounging options for guests. On a rainy day we used their spa for massages and hydro bath. We absolutely loved the place and definitely will stay there again.

Villa Raphael is exquisite, beautiful, peaceful and filled with so much love ❤️. We had a very warm welcome from the receptionists who made us feel so comfortable, the moment we stepped in. The rooms are lovely and we had great access via the garden. Location is perfect and away from the busy area. It was peaceful being an adult only resort. Food & drinks were sumptuous! Each and every member of staff was absolutely incredible and treated us with so much care and attention. It felt like another home and just did not want to leave. This resort is highly recommended 👌

This is a 5 star property with 6 star staff. The place is beautiful. Truly gorgeous, the only reason for the 4 star rating is no bathroom vent. Sorry, but even in Brazil, a high end 5 star Pousada should not vent the bathroom shower/smells with a slide window into the outside walkway, by other rooms. I know its new for Brazil, but its a simple modern must.

Sempre uma experiência fantástica

É a segunda vez em uma ano que eu e minha esposa saímos de São Paulo para nos hospedar no Villa Raphael. Além do fato de ele estar muito bem localizado de frente para o mar exatamente no meio da Praia da Ferradura, os quartos são acolhedores e confortáveis. A equipe de funcionários é sempre cordial, atenciosa e simpática, com destaque para a Lara, Christian, Felipe e a moça de olhos verdes que nasceu em Americana, no interior de São Paulo (esqueci o nome dela, desculpe). O café da manhã é na medida certa, você pode consumir o quanto quiser, mas sob demanda, sem desperdício de comida. Os pratos e petiscos são muito bem preparados e saborosos. Recomendamos também as massagens na casa anexa.
