Nossa experiência em Búzios foi agradável, o Hotel tem uma localização excelente infelizmente ficamos no único quarto que não possuía janelas, o que foi certamente o ponto mais baixo da estadia.

A localização da pousada é excelente. O café da manhã é bom. Funcionaram: o chuveiro, o ar condicionado e a tv. Porém a estrutura da pousada é péssima: todos os quartos voltados para o pátio, onde se ouve o barulho da cozinha, ao prepararem o café e a conversa das pessoas que estão tomando o café, que é neste pátio, em uma pequena área coberta. A pousada é muito antiga, roupas de cama velhas, com cheiro de mofo. Provavelmente por ser muito bem localizada, não se interessam em reformar as instalações. A gente se sente muito mal nos quartos, por serem muito velhos (frigobar enferrujado, nem tivemos coragem de usá-lo). Necessita urgente de uma reforma. Este foi o comentário dos outros hóspedes, com os quais conversamos durante o café. Não voltaremos, enquanto não modernizarem a pousada. Mais um detalhe importante: a foto no site do booking é enganosa. Parece ser uma pousada agradável, nova, colorida, o que é um ledo engano.

A melhor coisa da pousada é a localização pois fica muito próxima dos melhores restaurantes, farmacia, lojas e praias como Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernandes e Ferradura. No entanto, o wifi não pega, a roupa de cama estava quase rasgando de tão desgastada. A manutenção é bem sofrível. Para ter acesso aos quartos de cima, o hospede tem que passar por área aberta, subir escada de madeira na chuva, o que achei um absurdo ao ver um casal de idosos ter que fazer isso debaixo de um temporal. Alguns hospedes reclamaram que a tv não funcionava. No nosso quarto o frigobar era bem velho e encontramos barata no banheiro. Muito cara para não investirem na manutenção. Café da manhã razoável e equipe cortês. Mal sinalizada, o motorista do Uber demorou cerca de meia hora para achar.

A pousada é muito bem localizada e agradável. Só o que deixou a desejar foi o acesso ao quarto que tinha uma escada com os degraus muito curtos, dificultando a subida / descida. O box do banheiro também não tinha porta.

Ao chegar tive que ligar para o Hoteis.com pois um funcionário disse que seria imprescindível constar no voucher a informação sobre o café da manhã.Só quando a atendente disse que o estabelecimento já tinha esta informação é que outro funcionário da pousada confirmou a refeição.No geral o custo/beneficio e atendimento foram satisfatório para uma pousada econômica,quarto limpo e bem localizada.

A melhor coisa é a localização. Ficamos em um quarto alto. Parecia um pouco sujo. No site aparecem fotos de piscinas e etc., mas no local não existe nada disso a não ser as que o próprio mar oferece.

A pousada está muito bem localizada. Está há poucos metros da Rua das Pedras. Além disso, as condições do quartos são boas, considerando o preço cobrado. Com certeza eu me hospedaria novamente no local.

Cheguei no dia 14 de outubro a tarde, não havia nenhuma indicação do lugar de entrada da pousada, apenas 2 pessoas na agência de passeios.As escadas para subir com as malas são estreitas, não há indicação de horário de café, variedade, e do que há nas garrafas sobre a mesa.Eles não são simpáticos, você não vê os funcionários para solicitar informações se precisar.São frios.Nin- guém me ajudou a descer as malas ou deu dicas sobre a cidade.
