Já tinha me hospedado há anos na Pousada e pela experiência anterior aliada à localização e a necessidade de locomoção acessível e com fácil mobilidade optei pela Pousada.No entanto quando fui fazer o check in fiquei sabendo que o elevador não estava funcionando e minha mãe idosa com enorme dificuldade de locomoção teve que subir até o segundo andar através da escada.Um enorme transtorno e constrangimento para nós gerada com a referida situação .A situação foi sanada no dia posterior ,mas nesse lapso de tempo ela teve que ficar dentro do quarto pois não havia condições que ficar se deslocando pelas escadas devido sua situação ,que há princípio não precisava ser informada a pousada uma vez que a mesma possui elevador.Além do mobiliário estar desgastado.Falta de organização no registro de consumo dentro da pousada .Alguns funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e prestativos.Todavia as experiências de estadia até 2019 não se repetiram na atual.

Quarto com mobiliário em estado de degradação avançado, inclusive com prego enferrujado para fora, na qual tive que por um travesseiro para não machucar alguém se batesse no lugar, banho com presença de lodo no box e revestimento com sinais de sujeira, cama com cheiro de mofo horrível, cortina suja com cheiro de mofo e mofo no tecido que não vê lavagem há muito tempo. Café da manhã bem simples e com mosca pousando nos frios. Piscina com presença de larva

Quando cheguei, me deram as chaves mas meu quarto estava sujo, sem arrumação, em outro dia, solicitei arrumação e troca de toalhas mas só trocaram uma toalha. Algum hóspede bateu no meu carro no estacionamento e, mesmo informando ao gerente, nada foi feito a respeito. O elevador, funcionou só no primeiro dia, depois disso, nem sinal mais. É a quinta vez que vou a esse hotel porque era ótimo, mas desta vez, senti que deixaram o nível cair absurdamente.

Café da manhã farto, mas podem estar mais atentos na reposição mais rápida. Restaurante excelente. Pizzaria anexa nota 10. Infelizmente o quarto 103 fica ao lado da escada por onde ecoa 24h por dia um barulho torturante da casa de máquinas do subsolo. Dormi com tv no volume alto pra não surtar.

Minha estadia nessa pousada foi fantástica, meu esposo e eu amamos! Houve uma pequena intercorrência durante a minha estadia, devido ao meu marido ter passado mal, as meninas da cozinha permitiram eu levar alimentos para o meu marido no quarto, o rapaz da limpeza limpou todo o banheiro que o meu marido tinha vomitado e foi muito simpático. Toda a equipe da pousada foram receptivos e prestativos. Com certeza irei voltar mais vezes. Feliz ano novo para toda a equipe da Sun Victory!

Excelente, pousada super arrumadinha, muito bonita, limpa, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, frigobar funcionando e abastecido. Único ponto que achei um pouco ruim, foi que a água acabou na hora do banho, não sei se foi porque demorei rsrsrs mas também não perguntei ao hotel como funcionava. Enfim, voltaria com toda certeza. Hotel aparenta ser novo, com boas instalações e atendimento otimo! Café da manha razoável, pouco horário de duração, apenas 2 horas e reposição demorada e as vezes ate falha (escuta-se que acabou). Nos quartos falta o servico de um zelador, botão de acionamento da descarga faltando, papeleira de papel higienico quebrado, colchões molengas e outros mais resistentes....falta um cuidado maior...mais detalhado para uma boa experiência.
