Wifi ruim, banheiro terrível.

Achei o o valor caro,para o quarto. Cama ruim, banheiro uma tristeza. Vaso sanitário entupido. O local precisa de reformas. No anúncio não deixam claro que não é em Arraial do cabo principal e sim em Monte Alto a 23 min de Arraial onde os turistas realmente querem visitar. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Acho que o valor da estadia deveria ser menor devido o que oferecem como estadia. Sem falar que Internet simplesmente não funcionava. Wifi tem mas conexão uma tristeza.

Tirando o fato de algumas fotos não condizer com o local, e do wi-fi não funcionar nos quartos. a pousada é bacana. acho que deveriam tirar algumas fotos da propaganda que confundem. A pousada fica bem longe da praia, fora da cidade de Arraial do Cabo. Mas é honesta, e o atendimento é muito bom!

Incrível a educação, atendimento e receptividade dos funcionários, café da manhã farto. A instalação é rustica como de muitas pousadas, tivemos um probleminha com o banheiros, mas foi solucionado com muita eficiência pelo Pedro e pela Luciana.

Pior hospedagem da minha vida

Quando escolhi a pousada parecia um local aconchegante, mas o que mais me motivou na escolha foi a questão de ter estacionamento, então mesmo achando muito cara a diaria fechei nesta pousada, porém ao chegar me deparei com problemas, no quarto não funcionava Wi-fi nem a televisão, o frigobar estava com a porta quebrada, a descarga do banheiro estava com problemas, o chuveiro estava com fita isolante, pois dava choque, no banheiro foi disponibilizado apenas um sabonete bem estranho, não havia cobertas no quarto, as colchas cheiravam a mofo, o quarto em si estava sujo. Quando acordei fiquei ainda mais revoltada com a situação, pois a toalha que deixei no banheiro estava lotada de formigas, tinha formigas em todo o banheiro, por isso, fui reclamar, eles nos trocaram de quarto, mas ainda assim haviam coisas bem incômodas, como o frigobar estava tão enferrujado que dava nojo de deixar algo lá, não haviam cobertores ou produtos no banheiro, as toalhas deixadas no quarto estavam com aparência de sujas, e o quarto em si estava sujo, com insetos mortos nos cantos. A piscina do local tinha aparência de suja, o café da manhã não tem quase opções e há muitas formigas nos alimentos, quando fomos a arraial descobrimos que a distância do centro era bem maior do que a informada, pois a distância é aproximadamente uns 18km e no anúncio informam 9km. A cidade é belíssima, porém a posada deixou a desejar, foi o pior local que já fiquei, me senti enganada e lesada. não recomendo!
