Fui muitíssimo bem recebida pelos funcionários, de uma educação e cortesia. A hospedagem vale muito pela localizacao e atendimento, porem a pousada precisa de reformas urgente. Tudo com aspectos de velho, cadeiras com mofo. O quarto em que fiquei o ventilador nao ligava, mas tinha ar, foi a sorte. Bastante cheiro de mofo/velho. A cama era barulhenta. Cafe da manhã bem simples. Mas o preço vale pra quem tera hospedagem de poucos dias. Agradeço pela receptividade da governanta e recepcionista.

Bem localizada. Pessoal muito atenciosos. Precisando de uma reforma geral. Ar condicionado detonado, lençol de baixo sem elastico, toalhas limpas mas surradas e até rasgadas, nao tem toalha de rosto, sem lencol para cobrir (tive que pedir) , pia vazando, piscina em obra.

Gostei de tudo. Não tenho nada a reclamar. Fui muito bem recepcionada e atendida pelos meninos da recepção e pelas meninas da cozinha. A localização é maravilhosa também. Com certeza irei retornar em Búzios e ficarei hospedada na Pousada Mandala. Aaah, não posso me esquecer da geleia de goiaba nota 10 que a Elisa fez, vou fazer em casa também hehe

A pousada mandela é simples, porém aconchegante. Café da manhã muito bom, camas e travesseiros confortáveis e macios. Recepção atenciosa e tentando te ajudar o máximo possível, piscina fresca em dias de sol e limpada com frequência. Mas como nada é 100% perfeito, a pousada também tem alguns lados ruins. Muitos insetos no quarto, de pequenas e chatas formigas até aranhas e baratinhas. O quarto é sim limpo, porém Acho que poderiam limpar mais entre os móveis e a parede, por conta de teias de aranhas e outras sujeirinhas. Não estou massacrando o hotel com críticas e nem odiei, porém vai algumas dicas, para melhorar a estadia das pessoas e receber mais avaliações altas. Aumentar a frequencia de dedetização, dar uma limpada geral assim que as pessoas saem do quarto, deixar repelentes e veneno para insetos no quarto. Tirando isso, muito boa a pousada, eu amei!

A pousada era Boa, o ar condicionado era velho porém gelava bem . Café da manhã básico e gostoso. Bem perto do centro da cidade e da rodoviária o que pra mim foi excelente. Só tenho a reclamar da piscina que não estava acessível para banho.

Condições de conservação ruins

Bem razoável. Para quem quer economizar muito é uma opção. O quarto é mau conservado, o banheiro não é legal. O café da manhã é ruim (tomei café na padaria). Reservei em cima da hora, então paguei caro por um lugar que não é bom. Para quem quer economizar e tem disponibilidade para se hospedar em qualquer lugar pode ser uma boa opção. A avaliação não é referente ao atendimento, que foi muito bom. É referente as condições das instalações que é bem ruim.

Pousada bem razoável, ponto alto somente a localização. Funcionários super educados. Porém a estrutura é bem precária. Móveis antigos, roupa de cama manchada, banheiro sem ventilação gerando um grande odor de mofo. Café da manhã foi uma novela à parte; quando chegamos no salão, não estava servido, tivemos q esperar servirem, foi servido somente um café aguado e um suco quente com pão. Quando perceberam nossa cara de insatisfação ofereceram ovos mexidos. Pedi por nescau para minha filha, tive q esperar comprarem pois tbm não tinha. Nos outros dias tomamos café na padaria da rua.
