Quarto com cheiro de mofo. Limpeza desejar tanto do quarto, quanto do banheiro Não tinha lençol e coberto pra cobrir( somente o lençol do colchão e uma colcha). Café da manhã “meia boca”. Ainda bem que foi só uma noite.

A pousada se tivesse manutenção adequada seria boa ! É bem localizada perto dos pontos principais Lago e Praia, tem um estacionamento na frente e não tive problemas. Quarto reservado para o casal era nº 8, muito pequeno, entrei e sem condições para um casal, deveria ser individual, mal cabe 2 malas, o ventilador de teto e Ar Condicionado, são barulhentos. Não fiquei nesse quarto e tive de pagar a parte uma diferença de valor quase 50% da reserva total, O quarto nº 10, também com mesmos problemas, deu para dormir a partir do segunda noite... o Ar Cond. é novo mas são aqueles modelos caixa sem controle remoto, a pessoa tem de levantar da cama para regular tudo que precisar, (ventilação, refrigeração e etc...) barulhento demais, a máquina não é split, quem tem problema de dormir com ruídos sofre. Cama ruim com colchão de espuma e não tinha conforto para dormir. O Café da manhã é simples, mas atendeu bem a expectativa, as pessoas da cozinha eram legais faziam no horário combinado e repunham se precisasse. Não sei se foi uma situação pontual, mas em uma determinada noite senti cheiro de alguém fumando quando entrei na recepção, pode ser que me enganei, a limpeza no geral do quarto nº 10 quando solicitei foi realizada, porém acho que no hall da entrada poderia ser melhorada, mas é muito calor nem aguentei ficar lá, a Pousada tem muitos quadros e obras, mas acho que não está sendo cuidada, em tempos atrás deveria ser boa de 4 para 5 estrelas, agora precisa de manutenção geral.

O hotel é super bem localizado e próximo a tudo. A recepção é 24h o que também é muito bom. O café da manhã é satisfatório e as atendentes muito atenciosas. Fazem ovos mexidos frescos mediante solicitação.

Eu gosto muito da Pousada já fiquei hospedada em outras viagens. Tem um ótimo custo benefício. Nesta viagem tiveram 2 pontos negativos, no quarto 7: 1- travesseiros muito estranhos, não eram firmes, parecia estar "quebrados". 2- box me deixou preocupada, porque a prateleira para colocar itens pessoais era muito proxima do chuveiro, o que poderia provocar um acidente, além de ser pontudo. Minha sugestão é que seja colocada na parede em frente ao chuveiro, mas em formato circular (1/4 de circulo), para evitar pontas que podem ferir quem está usado o chuveiro. O recepcionista que estava na noite que cheguei foi muito atencioso e educado, os outros foram secos e indiferentes. As demais funcionárias da copa e limpeza também foram simpáticas.

Local bastante organizado e limpo, pertinho da praia, mercados, restaurantes e demais comércios. Estive acomodado na 1° semana de 2025, a garagem, que é na frente da pousada, so tem 04 vagas mas todas as noites consegui guardar o carro. Na rua tbem tem umas vagas e é bem tranquilo p deixar o carro.

Ótimo custo benefício, o preço é justo. A pousada fica próxima de tudo e em menos de 10min de caminhada chega-se na Praia do Forte. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solicitos.
