Our experience in this hotel was terrible. When we arrived, it took like 20 mins for them to find our reservation. Breakfast: they offer the same few things evey day, mostly bread, srambled eggs always too salded. They serve it too late, it starts at 8am, you cannot take breakfast if you have a tour or something scheduled. Room: - The mattress smelles terrible. - There were no shampoo, we asked for it but they never gave us any. We had to request shower soap too. - The white towels are not white at all. The staff was not helpful in several situations, they simply didn't care. I can't recomend this property to anyone, I will never stay at this place again.

Economia x atendimento

A pousada tem tudo para ser boa. Mas os proprietários economizaram com o pessoal. As mesmas duas únicas pessoas responsáveis pelo café da manhã, também são responsáveis pela limpeza. Apesar da boa vontade, elas não dão conta da vazão para atender os hóspedes. As comidas do café acabam rápido. Não dá tempo de limpar as mesas e atender a todos os pedidos dos hóspedes. As toalhas e roupas de cama são velhas e encardidas. O tapete do chão de banheiro e quase um pano de chão. Um dia não limparam meu quarto porque não deu tempo, pela logística aplicada no local (começam de baixo e meu quarto era de cima aí as duas únicas colaboradoras, não conseguiram limpa-ló no período que fiquei fora - de 11 às 16) . Acho que o local tem tudo para ser bem melhor. Mas é preciso deixar de economizar com o pessoal, sobretudo na alta temporada

O espaco do hotel é grande, varios locais para relaxar, tirar lindas fotos, arborizado, vista muito bonita. Quarto bom, espacoso, cama bem macia...mole, mas boa, chuveiro bom. Piscina muito boa. Cafe da manha bom, mas pode melhorar. A maquina de cafe não estava funcionando para todas as opões. Mas melhor o cafe coado manualmente mesmo. Limpeza para area do cafe tambem pode melhorar. Para deslocar às praias e rua das pedras tem como ir a pé. Mas como o hotel é localizado bem no alto então precisa disposicao para subir os morros. Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos e prestativos. No geral gostamos do hotel. Indicamos.

O quarto estava com alguns problemas que relatei e mt coisa nao foi resolvida. Tv que nao funcionava, porta da varanda com a fechadura quebrada e sem vidro (vidro foi trocado no último dia de estadia). Cafe da manha nao lembra nem de longe o das fotos 9h da fui perguntar sobre reposição e falaram que nao ia ter (o cafe tem horário de 8 as 10) a moça da cozinha é a mesma que faz a limpeza dos quartos num mal humor terrível e falando palavrao o tempo todo na cozinha e dando respostas atravessada o tempo todo. Piscina ficou sem limpeza de terca a sexta (data que sai da pousada) digo isso com toda certza pq uma tapinha de agua que uma criança jogou dentro da piscina ficou la ate hoje. A única coisa boa foi o atendimento super simpático do Ronald e as fotos que tem batem com a realidade.

O hotel é bem ok, o espaço é legal e é bem perto do final da Orla Bardot. O cheiro de mofo pelo quarto ficar fechado é verdade, mas nao é terrivel, se deixar arejar um pouco fica ok. Agora sobre o café da manhã eu achava que era exagero das avaliações, mas foi o pior cafe da manha de hotel que eu já vi. É o basico do basico e o pao basico ainda é murcho. Se o preço estiver baixo vale a pena, mas con o preço alto deve ter opções melhores.

Pousada é bonita, local com vista p mar porém o quarto tem cheiro de esgoto, travesseiro péssimo, toalhas ficam úmidas mesmo limpas. Café da manhã no 1º dia muito bom depois foi decaindo. 2 tipos de frutas apenas e sem reposição. Num determinado dia um outro hotel da rede teve problema e os hóspedes foram remanejados, faltou de tudo no café da manhã até outra atendente para ajudar. Mesmo não estando lotado não aceitaram um checkout tardio em 1hora .

Experiência péssima, cheguei no quarto e me deparei com o quarto todo sujo, comidas estragas na geladeira, banheiro com um monte de coisas usadas, resumindo, não fizeram a limpeza para os novos hóspedes, tiver q ficar em um quarto sem vista mar, e pagamos caro para ter vista mar, depois tivemos que trocar de quarto de novo, enfim, foi um verdadeiro transtorno.

Fomos em casal na baixa temporada (mês de junho, no inverno). Nossa estadia foi de 3 dias. Todos os funcionários nos recepcionaram muito bem e foram muito atenciosos conosco. A pousada é muito agradável, bonita, com vista privilegiada da cidade e com um lindo ambiente arborizado. Ela fica localizada a 5 minutos da Rua das Pedras e Orla Bardot (fomos de carro, mas o deslocamento por Uber também é super fácil na cidade). O café da manhã é simples, porém, muito bom. E o local onde tomamos café tinha uma vista para o litoral linda. A pousada possui estacionamento próprio gratuito o que ajuda bastante, visto que, na cidade você paga R$4,80 por hora no estacionamento de rua. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar em breve. Gratidão pela hospitalidade e recepção.

Minha experiência foi horrível. Tive problema com a tv e a internet logo na chegada, pedi várias vezes pra resolverem e ninguém resolveu. Ficamos 5 dias e nos 4 primeiros dias ninguém limpou nosso quarto ou trocou nossas toalha que estavam encharcadas… só depois de muito reclamar, me disseram que era preciso deixar a chave na recepção para limparem, sendo que ninguém havia nos comunicado isso. O café da manhã nunca está pronto as 8:00 como dito e os funcionários nem um bom dia falam. Foi com certeza a pior experiência em hotel/pousada que tivemos!
