Friendly and helpful staff, great location. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Clean room, but had a room facing the main street, the bar across street bumps music quite loudly so its not too peaceful at times.

Staff are nice people. The room was dated, dirty walls and other places that the cleaning staff can't really help. Exposed box spring of the bed. Room key requires a certain je-ne-sais-quoi for it to work on the door. More of a property owner issue? Otherwise, sheets and towels were OK. A/C was cool. Internet was adequate. Shower had hot water and strong pressure. Location was less than 10-minute walk to Praia Grande, just a bit more to Praia de Anjos. Ample parking. Building and property are quaint. It's no Holiday Inn or Motel 8.

Agradecer à equipe de funcionários, principalmente à recepcionista Tainá, que nos ajudou também a fechar um passeio de barco em cima da hora. Foram extremamente cordiais e solícitos conosco e com o nosso pet, diferente de outra pousada que se diz petfriendly em arraial, que liguei antes de reservar a pousada gênesis e só o atendimento por telefone já tinha sido um descaso, fiquei imaginando se a gente tivesse se hospedado nela ao invés da genêsis. Mas ainda bem que fechamos a genêsis e o atendimento presencial SUPEROU o atendimento por whatsapp que já é ótimo. Outro fato foi que pedimos pra trocar os travesseiros e nos deram opção de travesseiros mais moles e conseguimos trocar. Pra finalizar, conseguiram um check in mais cedo no nosso caso o que foi total diferencial também e ficamos muito gratos. Obrigada Tainá e toda equipe, funcionária do café da manhã simpática, o dono (que aparentava ser) que aparecia no café da manhã simpático, enfim, experiência muito positiva. Voltaremos com certeza, pousada com custo benefício excelente e mentalidade de overdelivery, ou seja, entregar além do que foi solicitado ou contratado. Faço questão de agradecê-los, nada como nos sentirmos à vontade e bem vindos em um lugar.

Quarto ok. Poderiam melhorar nos travesseiros, colçhões e toalhas. Na qualidade de sabonetes e shampoos ofertados. A limpeza do quarto tbm deixa a desejar, só dobram o lençol e passam uma vassoura ao lado da cama. Café da manhã se chega tarde não repõem os itens que acabaram, então cheguem cedo!

Buena ubicación, a 15 minutos caminando a las playas. Supermercado, bares y farmacias en la esquina. Personal amable. Desayuno sencillo, pero cumple. Piscina pequeña, pero cumple. Solo cambiaría las camas, son extremadamente duras ! Estuvimos 4 noches.

Ótimo custo benefício. Localização central, próximo a restaurantes, mercado, padaria, comércio. Estávamos sem carro e foi super prático. 5 minutos a pé da Praia Grande, 10 min a pé da Praia dos Anjos (onde tem o “centrinho” de arraial do cabo e de onde saem os barco táxi e passeios de barco), 15 min a pé da entrada da trilha pra Praia do Forno e 30 min a pé da Prainha. A pousada é agradável, limpa, silenciosa, com café da manhã justo e tem vaga de carro pra quem vai de carro. Eu fui e voltei do Rio com empresa de transfer e não me fez falta nenhuma não de carro. Fui passar um dia em Búzios com motorista contratado lá em arraial mesmo e foi super tranquilo. Recomento muito a Pousada Gênesis.
