Staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained looks like an Oasis , if you have kids this is the property to go , they have activities For kids in the afternoon . Front desk staff is very helpful and pool- bar area staff is very nice and friendly! They have a lifesaver by the pool all the time ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families

The room was large, with many amenities, and at the reception there were people who could speak Spanish and English. We loved the customer service, they gave us many suggestions on where to eat and which beaches to go to. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious... A good place to go for a walk around. This hotel will definitely be my next visit to Busios. We loved it.

Fizemos a reserva de 3 dias para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, celebrando 4 anos de bodas de flores e frutas, e escolhemos o pacote Romântico Esmeralda. Foi uma experiência incrível, que superou nossas expectativas. O atendimento foi atencioso e carinhoso em todos os momentos. A massagem relaxante foi um dos pontos altos da experiência, perfeita para marcar a ocasião especial. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, muito bem decorado e acolhedor, transmitindo conforto e romantismo. A cama era extremamente confortável, proporcionando noites de descanso tranquilas. Outro ponto positivo é a localização: o hotel fica bem próximo da praia, o que tornou nossos dias ainda mais agradáveis.
