Pontos positivos - uma ótima localização, limpo e amplo. Negativos - o ar condicionado não gela e a comunicação deixou a desejar. Chegando no local não tinha ninguém para receber, foi necessário enviar mensagem e ainda aguardar e ainda sim aguardar a finalização da limpeza do quarto, porém o chekin era a partir das 14 e cheguei após as 15. O café não fica no mesmo local e não tem funcionário para orientar e conduzir, somente por whatsapp.

Simplesmente perfeita. Quarto enorme e completo. Muito bem localizado. O cafe da manhã é na outra pousada da rede onde tbm ja me hospedei e nos tratam muito bem. Funionarios maravilhosos educados e atenciosos. Super indico.

Incrível a recepcionista foi mto amável com a gente e nos deixou super a vontade, só as informações do local da pousada foi pouco confusa diferente da q mostrava no site, mesmo assim local mto bom perto da rua das Pedras.

Bom dia, eu nem se quer tive uma estadia quando cheguei ao local estava FECHADO, pessoas que viram o meu nervosismo que me avisaram que essa pousada não vai abrir nem tão cedo, eu tive que voltar pra casa com minha família que inclusive tem um bebê de colo. Eu quero meu dinheiro de volta .

Foi um overbooking e não tinha quarto para mim e minha filha. O site hotéis.com não tinha atendimento após as 22h. A pousada não se disponibilizou a conseguir outro lugar. O SITE HOTÉIS.COM não me deu solução nem reembolsou o pagamento!!!!! ABSURDO!!!!
