Localização perfeita , quarto grande e arejado , funcionários em especial ( recepcionista Lucas e gerente Marlon ) atenciosos e solícitos sempre , sempre que foram procurados foram prestativos e buscaram solucionar as questões. Único ponto negativo foi a arrumação dos quartos (camareiras) , deixei a plaquinha na porta onde diz que o quarto estava liberado para arrumar as 9 horas da manhã e fui para piscina , retornei as 14 horas e o quarto aonda nao estava arrumado , falei com elas que nao deram atenção e fui na recepção falar , eles me deram uma resposta direta que elas tinham até as 18 horas para arrumar , saí para almoçar , voltei as 18:15 e o quarto estava NAO HAVIA SIDO ARRUMADO, encontrei elas no corredor e elas alegaram que bateram na porta como ninguém abriu não arrumaram sendo que o quarto passou praticamente o dia inteiro com a plaquinha de liberação para arrumação , sai justamente para que fosse arrumado e não foi , tive que voltar na recepção para reclamar e em 5 minutos elas arrumaram , na verdade fizeram tudo correndo e sairam ainda reclamando . Achei desrespeitoso demais pois ainda ficaram cochichando e reclamando só porque fui na recepção falar que ainda não havia sido arrumado as 18:15 , e eu estava cansada querendo deitar, tomar um banho após passar o dia todo fora . Pra finalizar perdi minha pet durando a estadia , nossa foi muito difícil e doloroso pra mim pois perdi minha filha e como disse Lucas e Marlon foram compreensivos , atenciosos e humanos .

A equipe da recepção precisa de melhor treinamento. Não houve explicação adequada sobre o funcionamento do hotel apenas foi entregue um papel com “regras”, sem orientação clara, inclusive sobre a localização do quarto. O chuveiro, apesar de ser a gás, não funciona pela manhã. Tivemos que tomar banho GELADO por duas manhãs seguidas e, ao relatar o problema na recepção, fomos informados de que não seria possível, pois outros hóspedes também teriam reclamado e nenhuma solução foi apresentada. Na pia do banheiro havia um fio dental usado de hóspedes anteriores, indicando falha na limpeza. O café da manhã é muito bom e o quarto é amplo, porém a varanda onde fica a rede é extremamente quente. O hotel não possui vagas suficientes para todos, sendo necessário deixar a chave do carro. Em uma noite, precisei de água para tomar um remédio e, ao perguntar na recepção se venderia ou teria, fui orientada a buscar em uma farmácia 24h ou seja, não há sequer bebedouro disponível. Além disso, o anúncio mostra hidromassagem na área comum, mas não informa claramente que o uso é cobrado à parte por pessoa.

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, funcionários simpáticos. Ponto negativo foi que diziam ter estacionamento com manobrista, e não possuem vaga para todos os hóspedes, muito menos manobrista. O carro teve que ficar na rua, pois não tinha vaga, deveriam colocar no site que as vagas são limitadas. O bar que dizem ter na piscina não existe.

A área piscina do hotel não estava muito limpa ,o café da manhã não estava satisfatório . Ovos mexidos estava requentado muito ruim , os paes não tinha muitas opções e não estavam saborosos , as frutas estavam frescas muito boa , algumas xícaras estavam quebradas ,as tortas não estavam saborosas e pareciam que já estavam alguns dias sendo servidas aos hóspedes, o espaço que era servido o café da manhã era apertado causado congestionamento além de ter uma funcionária que traçava diariamente uma diagonal entre os hóspedes o que podetia causar um acidente maior ! Fiquei sem entender esta atitude!! A limpeza no quarto estava satisfatório mesmo observando que o hotel tinha poucos funcionários e os mesmos se esforçava o maximo para deixar tudo impecável. Só vi um unico funcionária na recepção! Se chegar antes das 15horas acho que será impossível consguir entrar. Já estive antes neste hotel ja foi excelente!! Mas atualmente vou pensar melhor !! O hotel é bem localizado porém fiquem atento se o mar está cheio de algas se isso ocorrer o banho de mar fica quase que impossível e a localização do hotel fica a dsejar !! Pois você terá que caminhar pela praia em direção a onde as algas não estão e poderá ser uma longa caminhada e com criança e idoso sera mais difícil ou se deslocar de carro o que seria uma opção. Além do mal cheiro que das algas ! Nem às gaivotas sobrevoam ou mergulham no mar .
