Conto do vigario. Nao vale o preco da diaria. Os quartos simplesmente nao tem virol, é so um lençol, que deixa o colchao (nojento, por sinal) à mostra, e uma colcha. Solicitamos um lençol com elástico e eles disseram que “não trabalham com isso”, oi?! Alem disso, estavam tendo obras exatamente em cima e ao lado do nosso quarto, o que não nos foi avisado e, solicitando na recepção, disseram que “foi um erro”, mas no dia seguinte, as 7 da manha, a obra voltou a acontecer, nos acordando logo cedo. O estacionamento do hotel é uma piada, nao tem controle de quem entra ou sai e tem vários bares na regiao, ou seja, pessoas que não sao hospedes param nas vagas e eles nao tem controle nenhum (o que faz com que os hospedes parem o carro na rua, à mercê). Nao tinham toalhas no nosso quarto, e o telefone da recepção simplesmente não funciona. Pessima experiencia, nao recomendo pra absolutamente ninguém.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente em Cabo Frio, com boa infraestrutura e um café da manhã muito bom, que certamente são pontos positivos da hospedagem. No entanto, existem alguns aspectos que a gestão precisa melhorar com urgência para proporcionar uma experiência mais organizada e confortável aos hóspedes. O principal problema é o estacionamento, que é bastante desorganizado. Em diversos momentos ele fica lotado e não há nenhum controle ou funcionário orientando os veículos. Durante a estadia foi possível observar motos ocupando vagas destinadas a carros, veículos aparentemente sem identificação/cadastro do hotel e vagas obstruídas, o que acaba gerando transtornos e sensação de desorganização. Além disso, os lençóis e os colchões aparentam estar antigos e desgastados, demonstrando a necessidade de substituição para oferecer mais conforto e uma melhor experiência aos hóspedes.

Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Café da manhã bom, com boa variedade e pode-se pedir tapioca e omeletes. No entanto, estávamos em 3 quartos e em dois deles tivemos problemas. Em um deles, a chave da porta quando voltamos à noite quebrou e tivemos que esperar o chaveiro para entrarmos no quarto. Como já era mais de meia noite, nos deram um quarto para aguardarmos. Nessa situação, entendemos que nos atenderam adequadamente. No entanto, avisamos desde que chegamos que os canais da nossa TV não estavam funcionando e o que nos disseram era que não havia nada a ser feito. Em outro quarto, foram dois episódios de vazamento. O primeiro foi no cifão da pia do banheiro que consertaram no dia seguinte. Mas quando voltamos da praia, tinha um outro vazamento no teto, e a água estava caindo em uma das camas. Também nos concederam a troca de quarto. Precisam realizar mais manutenções preventivas para evitar situações como a que eu passei.

Excepcional!

Amamos nossa estada! O quarto era amplo, bem iluminado, roupa de cama nova, sem falar que a decoração do quarto que era um charme! O ambiente externo é lindo, tudo limpinho, com piscinas separadas para crianças e adultos. O café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso! A localização também é ótima pra quem gosta de sair a pé para comer à noite!
