Great family hotel

It was a great stay. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting. Maybe the room was a touch smaller than we expected. The service was excellent . Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Canadian abroad

This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Tranquilidade em Cabo Frio

O Hotel é muito agradável, mesmo 1.3 km de distância do mar, a localização é excelente ! Tem uma prainha junto à piscina e na beira do Canal extremamente agradáveis. Café da manhã ok. Porém, pq considero importante apontar, o serviço de bar/restaurante pecam. A longa demora denota que a estrutura de cozinha é pouco eficiente, apesar de pratos saborosos.
