We loved this place, it was so clean and beautiful. I wish the pool was heated since it’s winter time but not very cold. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Overall we loved this property and would stay again.

O botel é bem localizado. Escolhi para comemorar meu aniversário de casamento. Porem por volta das 11 da noite, um casal do quarto ao lado estava ouvindo um som ltissimo que nao me dedeixava dormirMandei uma mensagem para recepcao e ai comecou a confusao, pois o cara desceu voltou , espancou a porta do meu quarto, depois na varanda comecou a ameacar meu marido, espancou a porta do quarto de novo e por volta de meia noite e pouca tivemos que trocar de quarto, temendo nossa integridade física O rapaz que estava na recepção tentou fazer o possivel para melhorar a situacao e disse que na manha seguinte o gerente nos procuraria para tentar retirar a pessima impressao do hotel. O tal do gerente nao nos procurou, e quando fomos ate recepcao eu que tive que perguntar se ele nao soube do ocorrido e apenas nos pediu desculpas Paguei bem caro pela hospedagem, visando estar num hotel de renome. Poderia ter escolhido outros ao lado. Mas no entanto a experiência foi péssima. Reintero que o quarto em si é bem confortável, cama boa, lençóis cheirosos, mas com relacao a atitude do gerente, Imaginei que poderia nos ter ofertado uma estadia gratis confome ate mesmo o rapaz da recepacao achou que ele assim o faria, visto ao ocorrido na noite anterior. Achei que o cara do quarto ao lado fosse invadir nosso pois espancou a porta por duas vezes e ainda fomos vítimas de ameacas. Moral da historia, o que era pra ser uma estadia tranquila se tornou numa noite de medo e instabilidade emocional

Hotel vacío y no tuvieron la gentileza de darnos la habitación antes. No conforme con eso cuando logramos acceder nos dieron una que está en la punta, pegada a un restaurante muy ruidoso y el cerramiento no era bueno por lo que parecía que estábamos en la celebración dentro del restaurant. El personal de recepción tuvo que esperar aprobación de superiores para cambiarnos. Las toallas de baño huelen a fritura, y como está tanto cocina como área del personal junto eso lo explica todo. Te dan toallas para piscina pero una sola toalla para toda la estadía (sin importar cuánto dure). Cómo hay pocos percheros no se seca bien y si la quieres cambiar te cobran. Se puede desayunar en el frente del hotel con vistas al canal, muy lindo.

Hotel muito bom que devo retornar

Esse hotel é realmente muito bom. A localização é extraordinária, perto de diversos restaurantes sem necessidade de carro. Possui garagem gratuita descoberta sem manobrista. Os atendentes são muito educados e foram solícitos em todas as demandas. Tem uma piscina muito bonita e agradável. Os quartos são excelentes nada a reclamar. O café da manhã também é muito bom como o restaurante fica de frente para a rua o visual é muito lindo. Só não leva cinco estrelas porque parece que uma refeição de peixe feita no hotel causou um dessaranjo intestinal sério no meu filho. De resto recomendo muito esse hotel.

O serviço não é compatível com a qualidade dos quartos. Faltam funcionários e eles, apesar de muito educados e solícitos, não são dão conta do serviço. Ao chegar, 12h30 não me foi oferecida nem a opção de aguardar a liberação do quarto na piscina. Não me informaram sobre a existência de sauna e academia. O café da manhã começa 7h30, mas em duas ocasiões sai às 8h30 sem ter recebido cesta de pães ou pratos da cozinha, como ovo mexido. Uma simples porção de bolinho de bacalhau no hotel parceiro demorou incríveis 55 minutos para ser servida às 16h ( ou seja, fora do horário de rush)... Não sabiam informar sobre as bebidas de cortesia da hotéis.com e depois falaram que era apenas uma por hospedagem e que eu não poderia escolher, a opção era soda italiana sem álcool (água com gás mais essência Monin saborizada)... Já o quarto, luxo com hidromassagem, é um espetáculo. Confortável, limpo, sempre cheiroso (vendem a essência na recepção), roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, amenities de qualidade muito boa, com destaque para a marca de shampoo e condicionador. Fornecem uma garrafa de 1.5l de água de cortesia e o frigobar vazio. Poderiam ter uma pequena biblioteca para os hóspedes, queria doar um livro que terminei de ler e não havia essa possibilidade. A localização é muito boa, fiz tudo a pé. Uber fácil e barato. As bicicletas que dizem ter para os hóspedes, na verdade são pagas por períodos de 2h...

Chegamos no hotel e a recepção nos falou que nossa diária não estava paga. Depois nos colocaram num quarto sem vista, parecia uma caverna. Poucos funcionários no café da manhã, faltou o básico, o café. Tudo demorava a ser reposto, um caos. A atendente Silvana simplesmente maravilhosa, no meio do caos levava tudo c um sorriso no rosto. Na saída o atendente teve a ousadia de falar que estava faltando uma toalha. Fui até o quarto c ele. Lá estavam as duas toalhas que mais pareciam um pano de chão. Constrangedora essa situação.
