Great stay! We’ve stayed here 2 times before and love it. Amenities are beautiful. Very exclusive and quiet for a romantic stay or just a quiet time in a high class resort. Staff, once again, are very young and with a high turnover, showing inexperience not proactive. If you are by the pool, no one offers anything, you have to hunt the staff, as if they were too shy and hiding from work. But my family and I would return it for sure!

Funcionários Lavinia e Estancio fazem toda a diferença. Hotel é lindo, spa incrível, vista linda, café da manha otimo. A piscina da frente poderia ser mais limpa. A música eletronica que colocam as vezes na piscina nao combina com um ambiente para relaxar! Incomoda bastante por sinal, pq tem caixas de som nas espreguiçadeiras. Lugar de praia combina com musica relax ou melhor ainda, sem musica e barulho do mar. De resto, tudo nota 10.

Tuve una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa en este resort. Desde el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto hasta el traslado de regreso, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado. La comida del restaurante fue excepcional; todos los platos estaban deliciosos, pero especialmente los postres fueron realmente espectaculares. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento. El servicio de concierge por WhatsApp fue muy práctico: siempre estuvieron disponibles para ayudar con cualquier cosa, hacer reservas y resolver todo lo que necesitábamos de manera rápida y eficiente. Realmente sentimos que no había nada que no pudieran solucionar. Nos gustó tanto que definitivamente volveremos, esta vez con mis padres. Las vistas al mar son simplemente impresionantes y el mantenimiento de la piscina está en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo totalmente.

Expectativa frustada

Apesar das ótimas instalações do Resort, o atendimento da recepção precisa melhorar pois ao chegar as 12:30 no hotel, fui informado que o checkin seria realizado apenas as 15:30, o que entendi imediatamente. Fui ao restaurante da piscina e lá permaneci, aguardando o contato que me informaram que ocorreria por WhatsApp. As 14:45 retornei à recepção e me informaram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Segui aguardando pacientemente de forma absurda até as 17:00 (lembrando que cheguei as 12:30), quando retornei e me informaram que o quarto já estava pronto algum tempo. Ou seja, absoluta falta de consideração com o hospede, falta de organização e comunicação entre os funcionários, pois igualmente já havia informado no bar que estava aguardando o quarto desde o momento que lá cheguei. Não esperava um tratamento assim de um resort que se propõe a entregar um serviço de alto nível na região.

Fiquei 4 dias. Tudo bonito mas meu quarto cheirava esgoto, tive que pedir para ver o que estava acontecendo. Com relação atendimento pessimo, todos ficam na piscina e não vai ninguém atender, quando atende demora demais … muito burocrático. Cardápio do Bar o mesmo do restaurante.. tudo perfeito, mas para o BAR deveria ter coisa de petiscos que não tem. Enfim, não voltaria pelo valor cobrado proporcional ao conjunto de expectativas frustrantes
