“What I liked was the gardens, that's it!! The room given to us was horrible, old, run down, old bathroom, mini kitchen was in the bathroom. no working TV. The bed was so old & soft. This was not what I booked. This was most definitely not what I paid for. When I spoke with reception, he didn't understand my name, could not find our room and when asked why I have this old run-down room & not the one I actually booked, he could not give me an answer. “All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there. It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd.
