We had a wonderful time at this property. You get the feeling of the age of the building and the craftmanship that went into building it. We really enjoyed the breakfast visiting with other guests and the owner made the stay that much more rememberable.

This is a great place to stay in Anaconda. Each room is unique and well furnished. The property is clean and inviting. Shawn cooks an incredible breakfast! We were in town for some ski races and we will definitely be back next year!

What a gem! I highly recommend this B&B to anyone willing to experience early 20th century vibes :) very well maintained, beautiful decor and the best breakfast we’ve had in the US so far!

The husband and wife team are great host. Know a lot of history about the area. Easy check in. Room is warm and inviting. Breakfast was great. Host went out of way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Everything so inviting and beautifully decorated at The Hickory House. Our hostess, Chelsea couldn’t have been more wonderful. She reached out to us in route and our room was perfection. A scrupulous and oh so elegant breakfast prepared by Chelsea in the morning. We loved our stay at the beautiful Hickory House.

Very easy access to the property and our suite, thanks to clear instructions provided well in advance of our arrival. The building and grounds are well maintained, in a style that seems appropriate to the era it was built in. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast, this morning, was a real treat. Shawn’s version of Eggs Benedict was well-executed and delicious.

Your little home away from home was so cozy. Beautiful interior. I have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast so I had no idea that we were going to get a breakfast that was so wonderful. It was a breakfast like now other. Pumpkin crepes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread and desert. Seriously the best I have ever had,Then they had to put out yummy cookies in the afternoon. Staff was wonderful

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We love staying inn this type of bed and breakfast establishments. The staff was kind and gracious and the breakfast was delicious, they even had gluten free pancakes for my girlfriend. The only thing that could be improved would be to update the shower in the Montana room. The shower was constructed from an antique claw foot bathtub that didn't have water controls on the tub, but on the wall fitted to a hand held shower head that was mounted so far up on the wall that it was difficult to access. Being mounted so high on the wall, you had to stand in the back of the tub out of reach of the water temp controls to shower. Also, there were no grab bars around the tub at all which could be a safety issue for someone who doesn't have good balance.
