Staff were friendly and considerate. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the North Shore mountains. Bed was comfortable. The room repair was as good as many more expensive hotels. I would certainly choose to stay there again for a downtown show because there is frequent public transit right outside the hotel.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Just a really good experience overall.

The location is great, and I was able to walk practically everywhere. If you prefer a hotel closer to Canada Place, you’ll likely pay quite a bit more. This hotel was still very reasonably priced, even though it was low season in Vancouver. There are plenty of shopping, entertainment and dining options all within a short walk. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was tiny. The room was reasonably clean, and unlike many hotels that have cut back on housekeeping, I was pleased that daily housekeeping was provided and done well. Complimentary water was provided, and there was also a fridge in the room. The Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were generally pleasant, although some could have been friendlier and more helpful. The main downside was a rather musty smell in the room. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some fresh air. Overall, a decent and affordable option in Downtown Vancouver, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

The pictures I saw were apparently the inside of the main house. Maybe I misread what this was, but it was just a bedroom with a kitchen. There was no TV, no place to sit, and no regular glasses (none that I found). It was fine for my purpose, I arrived late and left very early. The place was clean, just not what I was expecting.
