Has potential but lacking a lot

It’s only been open 3 months so assume some teething issues but the air con wasn’t working in our room and it was super hot so we asked to move rooms which we did. The new room air con didn’t work either and TV r radiator was making a lot of clanging and banging through the night so 2 really bad night’s sleep. Water in the shower smelt really odd The restaurant food was great and our waiter was top notch so kudos to him.
