“Staff was friendly when present. Had some challenges with the shower and shower head. A friendly cat roams freely inside which is probably ok for some people. Couldn't find anyone at 0700 to check-out or assist (or coffee!!). Difficulty Parking. We would try a different option next time but the staff is helpful. Training might be lacking in my opinion.”

“Todo muy correcto gran relación calidad-precio”

“AMAZING HOTEL! This was the most wonderful hotel ( apartment really) that we stayed at in Romania! Clean, large, modern, lots of windows, and balconies with a view of the forest! Every amenity I loke was there: tea kettle, refrigerator, ( a kitchen) , lovely robes and slippers, beautiful new bathroom with soaps and gels, makeup mirror, bathtub!! Incredibly comfortable. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Close to many hiking paths in the forest and very close to Peles Castle. The city of Sinai is...

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating our baby’s first birthday, and we would like to give special thanks to Cristina from PR & Guest Relations. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, but Cristina truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She made sure our experience was memorable and helped make this important milestone for our family even more meaningful. Her thoughtfulness and personal touch really made a difference, and we are genuinely grateful...

“Friendly owner met us and even helped us by moving his car so we could take his parking spot. (Although parking was quite easy to find). Room was clean and well kept. The street was quiet and the room was nice and warm. The town itself was worth the visit - lovely little mountain town with a lot of amenities.”

“The guy at the reception on check in was very unkind. The hotel is not suitable por people with reduced mobility as you have to go up and down stairs go to the restaurant, and play. Place needs maintenance, the second floor has floor waves (floor ripples) over the carpet, y toe bent because of this and I fell and hit myself. Not enough toilet paper and sope is replaced, has to call reception to order constantly. Place surrondings has incredible nature, restaurant is very good! ”

“Very relaxing atmosphere with discrete soft music all around, beautiful surroundings and breathtaking view of the mountains.”
