This is a great place to stay for a Busselton getaway! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, excellent value for money. Only request is that butter be added to the breakfast items!

I would highly recommend this property for a night or 2. It had everything I needed inc full (shared) kitchen & laundry. Very easy checkin/out process. Nice & quiet, very comfy bed, and CLEAN!!!

Very happy with our stay. Well laid out, tidy and clean. Extras in kitchen..croissants, fruit, yogout, bread, butter, jams etc were great. Would recommend Baudins to friends.

great economical place to stay

We were tired from travelling and needed somewhere to stay. We stayed the first night in the Master house at the front of the block. We then decided to stay another night and were in a room in the second house. the whole place is very clean quiet the rooms big and the serve yourself breakfast very good.

A great size property, which was clean and very comfortable. Continental breakfast included. We had the main building to ourselves the second night. The road noise is just discernible in the morning but otherwise very quiet. Can highly recommend
