We had an outstanding stay at the UH Continental Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. One of the highlights was that they graciously allowed us to check in early, which meant we could get to the beach sooner—a perfect start to our vacation! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our room was modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary deluxe gourmet breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. Another unexpected treat was the complimentary whiskey tasting every evening for an hour and a half, which added a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The combination of exceptional service, spotless accommodations, excellent amenities, and an unbeatable location made this one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We highly recommend the UH Continental Hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Extremely nice hotel across the road from the beach, feels like a 5 star hotel. Rooms are so clean with beautiful interiors, I didn’t want to leave! Staff were friendly and available to help with anything you need. Loads of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful, I really can’t say enough good things about this property, it truly exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing but a little more than I’m used to, I think they could get away with offering a smaller breakfast but in no way was a negative. Highly recommend the UH Continental!

Amazing place to stay! Super close to the food market and walking, literal walking distance from the beach. 711 was across the street as well. Multiple food places nearby and the hotel breakfast was yummy. I want to give a huge shout out to the staff! They were amazing and was always willing to help, they even helped us get food delivery. Room was spotless and in room spa was the best after walking around all day.

Exceptional Hotel Experience

Excellent location, few minute walk to Haeundae Beach and lots of restaurants/cafes/comvience stores near by. Not far from Mipo Station for Sky Calsule & Beach Train rides - 30ish min walk. Room was clean and very luxurious. The full size fridge and spa bath were very nice features. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will recommend to friends and hopefully visit again soon.

The UH Continental is truly a unique experience with amenities we have never experienced before. Each floor of the hotel has a different special room and each activity is included in the room price. Things like a whiskey bar, cooking classes and yoga make this a superb stay. The hotel is also very quiet and the beds are comfortable. What truly made our stay special though was the manager Hailey that checked us in. She was so kind and made us feel so welcome. Her thoughts and messages to us throughout our stay made our honeymoon in Busan great! We hope to return again one day and experience the same hospitality. The location and value is great too. Each room has unique decor with a great huge bath that you can relax in and drink your included highball delivered straight to your room! Even though this is currently a 3-star hotel it really feels like much more than that!

We chose this hotel as it was in close proximity to Haeundae Beach and had an option for 3 beds for our kids with a connecting room. Checkin was easy and staff provided information on the hotel’s amenities. This included complimentary inclusions such as breakfast, pilates classes, whiskey lounge (yes apparently complimentary whiskey - though we didn’t have the opportunity to appreciate this). There is also a common kitchen available which can be used to bring in takeaway food as well as a basic kids club for younger children. Breakfast was a Korean style set with a choice of eel, beef or abalone. Something definitely worth trying as it was tasty and beautifully presented. There are however numerous breakfast options available in the area if you need something more familiar. The decor is something very unique that I’ve never experienced before in a hotel. Maybe thats what the UH stands for - Unique Hotel 😁. Sometimes not practical but beautiful to look at with wood laminate to make IKEA proud. For example we had some hard cover books in our room that literally had no words in them! There was a kettle but no tea / coffee making facilities and we had to ask for some ceramic cups which were promptly delivered. I would recommend this hotel for anyone with a family wanting a close location to the beach. Thanks Team UH Continental for a pleasant stay at your hotel.

We booked this as an anniversary trip and enjoyed it. Welcome 'snack' on arrival. Luggage storage. Rooms are very nice. They have free whiskey hour every day in a vibey library area. There was also free snacks. There is also a floor sitting area to eat your outside food, closed at 10pm ish. We also enjoyed having our own bath with a TV infront. Improvement would be to positin the TV a bit further away from the spa bath or otherwise you crane your neck quite a bit. Front staff ask for your whatsapp number so you can communicate easily. The only thing we found a bit strange was that they were quite selective in which messages to respond to. If they didnt have an answer, they just would never respond. Also booking in the cooking or the yoga classes was very strange. We would ask on Whatsapp if it is available and it would be confirmed but then when you would present at the time/day of the activity, they would either say its been cancelled or you've missed your time slot (even though we showed up at the confirmed time on Whatsapp), however they did not once communicate this via Whatsapp.... We had a good experience but thought the communication for these activities could have been better as we actually wasted a lot of time waiting for these activities that never happened which would have been avoided if there was sufficient communication.

The hotel was perfectly located and the suite was beautiful. Probably not the place if you’re looking to have a view but definitely if you’re looking for extra space. Breakfast was pretty great but it was not clear from the beginning that only 2 breakfasts were included for a 7 person suite. I would note that entering the hot tub is quite difficult since it basically has 3 rims around it. It also required some level of vigilance since all the tables were glass and there was a terrarium in the middle of the suite and we had a toddler in the room. The decorations definitely made the room look amazing. Also, the room had one of the best shower heads we’ve experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
