My room was not ready when we were arrived at 4 pm so the hotel assigned us a little bigger room after some wait. But, when we entered the room, we could smell very strong sanitizer smell that sickening us. However, the view was amazing. For the view I could give 5 stars but for the check in process and room condition I give 3 stars.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that weren’t made clear before arrival. The biggest disappointment was the pool access. On arrival, we were given two pool tokens per day for our stay. This means you can’t simply use the pool whenever you like, such as going for a swim in the morning and then returning later in the afternoon. Access is restricted by the number of tokens provided. We were also surprised to discover that a swim cap is mandatory for pool entry. If you don’t have one, you are required to purchase one on-site before being allowed to enter. This would have been helpful to know before arriving. Housekeeping was inconsistent with bath towels. Towels were not always left in the room and we had to request them. On one occasion, we were told there were no bath towels available at all, which was frustrating after a day out. The facilities themselves were good, but clearer communication about pool access, mandatory swim caps, and towel availability would help set guest expectations and improve the overall experience.

We did like the fact that the hotel is located across from the beach and lots of restaurants and street food vendors around. We asked for the regular bath towels, which we only got 4 hand towels for the 4 days we stayed there. They only replenished our water once. Pool was closed. Confusing to find the location as the building

オーシャンビューの部屋だったので、眺めが良く、最高のロケーションでした。部屋も広々としており、掃除も行き届いていて、とても清潔で良かったです。フロントのスタッフの方、清掃のスタッフの方もとても感じがよく、滞在中気持ちよく過ごせました。客室内に玄関(土間)があったので、そこで靴が脱げるのも良かったです。

가격대비 위치나 침대 많은것은 아주 좋았는데 썬클라우드호텔 가려면 4층에서 내려서 다시 반대쪽 엘리베이터를 이용해야해서 너무 불편해요 프론트는 또 6층에 있어서 체크아웃할땐 6층갔다 다시 4층내려서 엘리베이터를 바꿔타는 불편함이 있어요
