We did like the fact that the hotel is located across from the beach and lots of restaurants and street food vendors around. We asked for the regular bath towels, which we only got 4 hand towels for the 4 days we stayed there. They only replenished our water once. Pool was closed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that werenโ€™t made clear before arrival. The biggest disappointment was the pool access. On arrival, we were given two pool tokens per day for our stay. This means you canโ€™t simply use the pool whenever you like, such as going for a swim in the morning and then returning later in the afternoon. Access is restricted by the number of tokens provided. We were also surprised to discover that a swim cap is mandatory for pool entry. If you donโ€™t have one, you are required to purchase one on-site before being allowed to enter. This would have been helpful to know before arriving. Housekeeping was inconsistent with bath towels. Towels were not always left in the room and we had to request them. On one occasion, we were told there were no bath towels available at all, which was frustrating after a day out. The facilities themselves were good, but clearer communication about pool access, mandatory swim caps, and towel availability would help set guest expectations and improve the overall experience.
