연산역 12번출구에서 도보3분거리 가까워서 좋았어요. . 사람없어서그런지 맨 구석자리 줘서 좋았고, 화장실 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았고 방도 딱 혼자서 쓰기에 좋았습니다. 그런데 주변에 술집, 클럽 많아서 주변 길이 더럽고 길도좁고 하수구 냄새 나서 별로 였어요. 방에 담배냄새가 자꾸 올라오는것도 별로였어요. 가격대비 괜찮은곳은 맞지만, 개인적으로 냄새, 주변 환경에 예민해서 두번은 이용안할 것 같네요. 그런거 별로 신경 안쓰시는분들한테는 꽤 좋은 숙소가 될듯.

위치랑 시설이랑 아주 좋아요.

방도 넓직하고 컴퓨터 빵빵하고 소음도 없네요. 원래 테라스 없는방이였는데 직원분께서 배려해주셔서 테라스 있는방으로 받았어요. 위치도 12번 출구 나오자마자 3분?정도면 도착해요. 앞에 경찰서 있어서 ㅋㅋ 치안같은건 신경 안쓰셔도되요. 골목골목에 먹을거 많아서, 굳이 배달 안시켜도 뭐든 먹을 수 있어요. 화장실 엄청 깔끔해서 좋았구 침구류도 깔끔했어요. 다만 냉장고 소리가 커서, 한번 가동했다가 껐는데, 물이 질질 흘러 나와서 그건좀 개선하시면 좋을꺼같아요. 여튼 하루이틀 근처에서 노시거나 숙박하실분들은 추천합니다.

飯店近警察局, 治安佳, 地理位置很不錯, 搭巴士或地鐵皆便利, 服務人員親切熱心, 退房後可寄放行李, 方便繼續行程, 附近餐廳不少, 另附近還有OLIVE YOUNG, DAISO, HOMEPLUS可逛

가성비가 우수한 연산역 인근 호텔

가성비가 우수한 호텔입니다. 가격을 생각한다면 만족스러운 호텔입니다만 기본적으로 한국의 전형적인 모텔이라 할 수 있습니다. 프론트는 친절하였으며 연산역 바로 인근이어서 편리하며 경찰서와 바로 붙어 있어 치안도 나쁘지 않을 것이라 생각됩니다. 내부의 컴퓨터 시설도 좋았으나 출장 일정이어서 사용할 일은 없었습니다.

清潔感のあるホテル

清潔なホテルですがラブホテルでした、内装は新しいですが古くなったテナントビルを改装したものです、3Fがフロントで1・2Fは古いままです、テレビは大型液晶画面でパソコンも2台設置していたした。

깔끔하고 좋았어요. 컴퓨터 2대가 있는데 아주 빠르고 좋구요. 창문이 그렇게 좋은게 아니라, 주변 차소리가 조금 들렸어요.

A clean and cozy hotel

The hotel was clean and cozy. The bedding was comfortable. It was near the subway station, so easy to find. Although the breakfast was not served, there were many cafes and restaurants near the hotel including starbucks! The hotel was not that big but definitely clean and cheap!! Almost the same price as the guest houses but better room condition.

도심속 깔끔하고 분위기있는 곳

연산동 근처에 묵을일이 있어서 익스피디아 통해서 예약하게 됐습니다 처음 예약할때 생각보다 갖추어진게 많고 잠시 있으면서 즐겁게 묵다 가네요. 일반실 예약했는데 방업그레이드 해주셔서 싼값에 좋은방 얻은것 같아 기분이 좋았구요, 테라스 분위기가 좋아서 밖에서 간단하게 술한잔 하기도 괜찮네요. 싼가격에 가성비가 좋아요 ^^ 다음에 연산동 근처오면 또 오고싶네요
