Check-in was very smooth. Friendly and very kind staff who can speak in English.
Room was very clean. Ocean view room was just as I saw on the website. Separated shower room and bathroom were great. Very spacious room. Only thing was that, there were no bath towels. There were only hand towels. For me it was okwith no bath towels, there were more than enough for 2 people for 2 nights. Location was great. Close to the beach. Close to the main street of Haeundae where there are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, K beauty shops. It was amazing to see beautiful ocean when I wake up in the morning. It's really relaxing! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. Especially for travelers who are planning tonstay in Busan for a long term. I would go back to this hotel if I go Busan again in the future!

This was not a hotel, it was more like an apartment, however there were no utensils, no plates etc, no cooking equipment despite having a kitchen. The towels for the shower were extremely small, the bathroom was very small, the room was very hot and could not control the floor heating, the tv didn’t work, we needed to put used towels on the floor outside the door then ask for more, we needed to manage our own rubbish instead of having the room serviced. It was clean and the location was good but would not stay here again.
This apartment does not live up to the pictures or expectations at all — we complained immediately upon arrival.
Not only does the apartment appear much larger in the photos, but some of the images are simply misleading. For example, there are pictures showing a balcony with a table and chairs, but these do not exist in reality.
Although it is advertised as an apartment, the kitchen is completely empty — not even a single glass is provided. All drawers and cabinets are bare, making it impossible to actually use the space as intended.
That said, the apartment is clean and generally looks fine, but it is absolutely not worth the price. We ended up moving out after just one night.
