一般的な感覚で掃除がされている部屋に宿泊できて快適に過ごせました。部屋スペースに余裕がありスーツケースも問題なく広げられました。2泊しましたがタオルの交換、水の追加があり外が暑い期間だったので非常に助かりました。 言葉に不安がありましたが、チェックインは日本語も対応のキオスクで簡単にできるようです。私は知らなかったのでフロントにいた方にチェックインをお願いすると迅速に対応して頂けました。 チェックインの時に簡単な日本語でエアコンのスイッチについて説明があり、1つのリモコンに照明、TV、エアコンがまとめられており非常にわかりやすかったです。 良くなかった所は共用部分で廊下でエアコンが効いていない階があること、大きい通り側のエレベーターの前で天井から水が落ちてきていたのと階段が臭いので不快だった。あとでバケツで水受けを作ってくれていたので改善していた。

南浦洞には　何度も滞在してますが 孫の安全を考え　オンドル部屋のあるホテルを探しました。 立地は　最高ですが 掃除が完璧ではなく　気になる方は　無理かなぁ ただ　ハウスキーパーの方は　愛想よく一緒懸命に　働いていらっしゃいました。 毎日　タオル交換ありますが バスタオルがないのが　残念 お風呂は　広くて　良いです。 フロントに　トイレがないのも　不便でした。
