Clean rooms, great staff (helped me with laundry overnight for 5000 KRW). Simple breakfast, new espresso machine. Spacious room, water available. Towels a bit small but we managed. Great location near street market and beach. Close to subway and bus stops.

Disliked: Staff & service
It is my personal opinion the hotel. I cannot trust the male owner. He is uaually at the front desk in the daytime. He looks kind and sincere but he sell my stay information (room #) to others. I ask him not to inform it to others. He says "yes, I will not tell others" but he does. I have had a stalking issue for decade. My stalker installed a camera toward my garage and followed me wherever I went using other people ( He keep spreading rumers and building network to follow/spy/report him or a groop) when I left home. He followed me from US to South Korea carrying a wiretapping device and RF transmiter (for handing to others )to harass/wiretap me. So I explain my situation to him and ask help that do not give my Room # to other. But He give the information to others. When I arrived Noel Business Hotel, he was not in the front desk. Instead, a sign was there, "I'm clean rooms upstairs." Now I realize that he was installing wiretapping devices and RF tranmitters left, right, and opposing rooms of my appointed room by him. On the next day, I finish going walking Dongbaek Island in the morning, three Korean men sitting outside smoking/waiting for me (to listen my room and harass with RF). Above information is from my intuition and personal thought from past/current data ( I sense the waves/harassing RF last night). I recommend you that pass this hotel. You had better to go other hotels. That is better for your safe trip! I would better not to stay with that guy!

Location is great! The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The bed is comfortable and bed linen feels soft and clean. For the price, it is the best you can get. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pretty good

Overall the place was okay. It felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There seems to be only one lady managing the place. When we walked in, she was not there. You have to call a number for her to come down that means you would need to make a long distance call if you don’t have a Korean phone number. The lady however was really nice and let us check in early. The hallway lights are turned off most of the time so it is really dark. The room is decent. I guess depending on the price, I would stay there again.
