It was a good place for business commitments during my time in Busan. Lots of things nearby to explore. However, the space was a bit tight and housekeeping supprt was so limited. Adjusting to the trash expectations and staff communication barriers is something to consider as well.

This hotel is in a nice location in Busan. There was no breakfast, but there was an Italian restaurant that was open for dinner (and perhaps even lunch). The hotel was in a location with many coffee shops and there was a nice bakery around the corner. So there were plenty of places to eat nearby. What was most impressive was the huge, full-size refrigerator in the room and the separate enclosed balcony. I would sit there, with my coffee and pastry. I would go back to this hotel, but next time, I have to ask the staff to show me how to use the toilet. Busan, unlike the two cities I visited in Japan on this trip, was a little hard to navigate as they avoided "English" signs.

The room is unique with the duplex design. I love the floor heater which made me felt warm in the room. The location is good to find restaurants. Close to Shinsagae, LOTTE Mall and Home plus. Will come back again for sure.

Beautiful view, convenient location.

Very convenient location, close to Busan metro, large department stores and beaches. Awesome view of Marine City and Gwangan Bridge. Property is well kept and pleasantly clean. Will return again when visiting Busan again.

I upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Lovely views and the amenities were everything you could need, though we didn’t use them for the one night stay (washing machine, cooker etc.) Whilst the bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room it was big enough. It was very clean The only reason I gave it overall of a 4 is because the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. Whilst we only had to wait another 15mins, I believe all hotels should have rooms ready for the time they state they will be

The view is spectacular! Room was decent sized. Everything was still new. Staff was friendly. Great location 7 min walk to subway or bus stop. 7-eleven next door and GS25 across from 7-eleven. Tons coffee shops.

cleanliness of room and bathroom were good. Location is good for accessibility to transit. Hotel Signage needs to be extremely larger for the Taxi to find. We had a problem getting to the hotel and the taxi dropped off at your other property because driver could not see name of hotel.

The staff was amazing always so helpful, welcoming, professional at all times. Willing to drop everything to fix any issues. I had an amazing room over looking the bridge, the view was intoxicating, also the hotel is close to lots of shops, so location wise it was fantastic. My stay at NewCz Centrum was wonderful I was there for seven days and loved every minute if it. I make mention I am a solo traveller and I always felt supported which is very comforting when you have flown 10 hours 40 minutes away from home.
